Bought the Duramo Speed because of your review. And your spot on. Light, breathable, comfortable tongue, good lockdown,no heel slippage, not very responsive but comfortable when running/jogging
I bought both liked them so much I have 2 pair of both, but I do think the speed is more supportive and springier with a bit better arch. Your video helped immensely so thank you
Hello Theresa, thank you for your kind comment. I'm glad you like the shoes and that my video helped you. Thanks for watching and supporting, keep running 😊👍🏃🏻♂️
Thanks and it’s nice that you are in this community of runners 😊🏃🏻Overall I prefer the Duramo speed, it is more comfortable and it is more versatile as well
Great stuff! It's funny that if the two shoes were side by side and I had to say which one was a real running shoe and which one was more of a running-styled casual shoe, I might get them reversed. The Duramo SL looks like the more serious shoe in a lot of pictures. I was puzzled by it before I saw your videos and I'm sure that people are still confused about it.
Yes indeed and Adidas is sometime very good to confuse runners with all the different models. I hope this comparison helps in clarifying it; so that runners can buy the right one … the Duramo SPEED 👌
I have my doubts because I am looking for a pair with which I can work on running 2km-3km per week and functional training several times a week, which of the two has better stability?
In general Adidas shoes are not so good for wide foot, in the Duramo speed the mid foot could be a bit stiff at the beginning but then it becomes better after few miles. I would suggest the B12 which is a bit wider in the toe box, otherwise it is better to try the Duramo speed in the shop
Welcome to the community! The Duramo Speed offers ample room in the toe box, accommodating a wider forefoot comfortably-even though Adidas shoes are generally known to run on the narrower side.
Uh well it depends, RC4 is better for faster workouts like fartlek or interval trainings and for the lighter runners even for the easy runs. The Duramo is more comfortable so better for easy runs but not that responsive for fast workouts
For running both shoes are ok, but I haven't tested the Nike one so unfortunately I can't tell you which is better. It might be a new shoe to test. Looking at what is available online, it seems that the Nike is not that responsive while the Duramo speed is also responsive, kind of versatile shoe and probably cheaper considering that it has been delivered before the Nike
Probably UK10, but please check it on the enclosed link, and it is always better to try it in the shop, especially if you haven't ran with Adidas before: www.adidas.co.uk/help%2Fsize_charts%2Fmen-shoes.html?consent-level=2

@ Thanks for the advice..🤛 great
Nice video Stelvio! Adidas need to release a budget Lightstrike (2.0) shoe and they’ll surely sell well. Duramo Speed is the old lightstrike, right?
Thanks 😊 Yes it is but softer somehow 🤷♂️
Good video thank you
Thanks for watching!

Would you recommend the sl for general gym work + casual weight lifting ?
Yes, the SL is fine for this purpose
I have my doubts because I am looking for a pair with which I can work on running 2km-3km per week and functional training several times a week, which of the two has better stability?
The Duramo Speed, it has a wider heel

Especially in the heel the Duramo Speed is wider

duramo Sl or Adizero Sl🤔
I cannot run with both, so I would not suggest neither the duramo SL nor the Adizero Sl. I would highly suggest the SL version 2
Yes.. Adizero sl2
@@runningwithstelvio the adizero SL is more durable than SL2 Check the reviews on both.
Wich model is higher from the ground ?
The Duramo SL. But it is much more stiffer than the Duramo Speed
Is durmo sl good for running daily
Not really in my opinion. Too stiff
.... Speed is a giant killer😂
Yeah 👍😊
What are the differents of duramo sl and duramo sl wide??
Instead of having a regular fit they have a wide fit
