At first, she caught my attention because of her beautiful face, but when she started to talk, her way to speak became the reason I watch her videos. Great Governor, Great Woman.

I've listened to Governor Noem in many of her videos -- and she seems very unassuming and level-headed. She seems to have no delusions of superiority over "the masses." America needs more governors like her.
No delusions? She wants to help wildlife whilst at the same time have record hunting and fishing.

@@curlywolfone AZ resident here. Can contrast her approach with a Governor who tries to straddle the fence. Not the worst case scenario, but decidedly inferior to someone who sees the Constitution and Bill of Rights as the absolute basis for government. Watching her as a potential alternative to Trump should he choose not to run.

I wish she could get a far shot at being president but you know she wouldn't get one and the more popular or effective she would be, the more the media would be compelled to tear her down and Democrats would only fan the flames, do their typical games of putting words in her mouth and say she HATES transgenders and LEGAL immigration and vilify and point fingers and then when there's turmoil because they can't be happy with GOP leadership, they'll blame her for the turmoil. I like that she is just a great example for the red states and how they should stand their ground and stay civil and firm. I'm afraid our country doesn't deserve people like her anymore. South Dakota and red states due. She's doing a great job of attracting the right people to her state.

This lady grew up working on a ranch/farm and has experienced financial troubles and woes. No wonder she has common sense, is also fair and reasonable. She shows extreme political integrity and is the perfect example of how American Politicians should behave. "Government of the people, by the people, for the people". @@davidjones-ft1fr not at all really. I know a few that got it but no fatalities. My sister however died of respiratory issues not related to COVID in April '20. COVID affected reduced my income though it is an essential business (HVAC/R). But health-wise it did not seem any worse than the Flu!. I didn't hear of any person getting the Flu in 2020, did you?

Thank you Govenor Noem. I would certainly hope it's publicized that hunters, ranchers etc... are among the first "preservationsits" and that we would very much welcome any efforts to improve and/or restore wildlife and habitat.

You give me hope for the future! Started hunting in SD in the 1970's. Two years ago I took my 3 sons and grandson pheasant hunting in SD. We toured your capital building during Christmas time and really enjoyed all the Christmas trees in the capital! Great job, wish I could vote for you! Missourian

My dad went to SD every year to,pheasant hunt ...him and four friends and their dogs...stayed at same ranch every year like a second family
My wife and I was in Pierre when South Dakota recognised former governors unveiling statues that were placed on the city streets.
The governor spoke at the dedication. I didnt meet her, but we let her office know we were praying at each capitol in America. We completed our journey in Providence, RI in October 2019.
Governors Like Kristi Noem are encouraging and light in what is becoming a dark country.
She is a example that should be followed.

@@jetg2059 Well, I always hold out hope that the democrats will fail to screw this country up in the next 4 years (though yes, they screwed us plenty so far in only a short 2 month period).....so, we'll have to wait and if they are able to win with these looming senate bills that are still pending.
Even if it gets much worse, Trump is hard at work with his new social media outlet that will be ready within the next few months, the Biden (un-administration) is gaining significantly more unpopularity by the day especially with the border crisis), etc. Also, the election fraud investigations and audits are still happening (such as Arizona, Maricopa county) which could lead to many more audits across the country...so don't lose hope on that either. If things go the way I suspect they will go, than by 2024 much of this election fraud will be figured out by 2024 paving the way for a much more fair election...even if HR-1 does pass (hopefully it doesn't).
Finally, Noem is excellent, and she will run circles around Harris (not Biden) in the 2024 campaign.

Just guessing, but I’m sure it’s been a hundred years since we’ve had a leader like you that grew up knowing how much work and love farmers and ranchers put into the land. Been a fan of you ma’am; ever since I saw the video of you carrying Old Glory at the rodeo in Deadwood. I rodeoed professionally for 15 years and the patriotic openings of every rodeo made me swell with pride and even make my eyes sweat. Bear down and you will make a huge impact across this nation

I spent a week on vacation in South Dakota in October 2020 and had a wonderful time. It's a beautiful state and quite different from what I'm used to in South Carolina. I didn't think the people were quite as friendly as we are here in the south but most people were very nice to us. We toured the Capitol Building and I was hoping Governor Noem was in her office that day but she was off giving a speech. I would have loved to have met her. I wouldn't mind living in western South Dakota but I couldn't take the winters there.
Never in a million years did I think my hero would be a lady, let alone a politician. But there is always an acception to my preconceived notions and what I become passionate about. This young lady is my hero and someone I look up to as a great leader and the bravest individual I have ever witnessed become a blessing to all Americans. Common sense and wisdom are her prime requests. Number one in my thoughts.
