Metal Guitar Stuff is the personal UA-cam channel of the lead guitarist and composer of SHADOWMIND. On this channel I post mostly metal related backing tracks, but also other videos like cover songs, tutorials, guitar lessons and so on. I have been teaching guitar for several years and produced numerous albums for my own band and other bands. I have been playing guitar since 2007.
I own everything in my backing track / instructional / original song videos, including the audio recordings, editing and photography used. All software used has been purchased legally.

this is pure metal.
You need to check out power metal, practically exclusive clean vocals, with beautiful playing and themes. I recommend Blind Guardian and Stratovarius as good examples, a slightly heavier option would be Iced Earth.

Zady well it's not a reupload but what the other guy did was use this guys music that he made in his playlist. And he had a million ads on it so he was making money off this guys music and the original creater of the music (this guy) wasn't earning any revenue. So the other cod has 2.5million views generating a good amount of revenue but that video has this guys music and this guy is getting none of the revenue from the vid with 2.5million views. So the other guy stole this guys music and put it in his playlist vid and earned money off it.
Never said he didn't deserve more credit for his work or that he didn't have the right to upload his own music in a mix, yeah of course he deserves the revenue but that playlist made by the other person also brought a lot of publicity to him and without it I wouldn't even know this guy existed.
Not disagreeing with you here at all, but there is another side that actually helps metal guitar stuff
Yeah it's an ethical dilemma really. He made a lot of money without my permission, but it also gave me a lot of promotion. Ideally he could just have asked beforehand and we could have split 50/50, but it doesn't really matter now. I have content ID on my stuff now, so I'm getting the revenue from here on anyways.

I have to ask though, why is the solo guitar so "simple" in general? All the rest of the instruments(truly great base and drums) have lots of speed metal elements, but the solo is always slow and monotonous as for a ballad? Not complaining, just curious.
