Today was the highlight of every studio movie tour I’ve ever done. I had the chance to visit the Warner Brothers ranch where they filmed many movies like Christmas vacation , lethal weapon two, the middle, Omega Man, TV show friends, gremlins,bewitched,animal kingdom, and many more .We got to see the prop house and all the different sound stages, in just a few weeks, everything will be demolished so I had a last glimpse of hollywood movie history . It was an unbelievable experience that I would never forget for the rest of my life.
To think of all the energy that was focused here over the decades. R.I.P.❤

Very interesting seeing behind the façades, thanks again Mike. A tidbit about the demolition I wanted to share...."The storied 32-acre Warner Bros. Ranch backlot complex at 411 North Hollywood Way in Burbank, California, will be overhauled to make way for what’s set to be the largest studio development in the United States complete with 16 new soundstages, a multi-level parking structure, support facilities, and a 320,000-square foot office building".

Great tour. The trees can be saved if WB or the Demo company contacts Valley Crest Tree Company - if they know of someone looking to install mature trees, some could be moved.

Ooooh, the Animal Kingdom set was lit. I love that house with its different levels! Amazing! That series really got me. Based on a true Australian story and an Australian movie also exists. A highly criminal mother and her sons. Brutal story. And with the great Ellen Barkin as the matriarch. 💕

Truely fascinating GIV looking at all the WB soundstages where all those films and TV series were made alot of them I've seen and to actually see wete they were made wow! Fantastic GIV!!
Thank you very much for this tour of the WB Ranch. I really like the props you filmed, the Garcia headstone would be a great prop for me because I'm a longtime fan of the Grateful Dead and their guitarist, Jerry Garcia. All are to be raised and replaced by new soundstages and other studios and related stuff. Time marches on. Fantastic filming and lots of hard work on your part.

Seeing the 1 house I always wanted to see (1964 Morning Glory Circle AKA The Stephen's or The Bewitched House) makes me very emotional. RIP Sam, Endora, Darren, Larry Tate, Agnes and the crew. We will always❤& greatly miss you all😪 💔😭😢😓😩

A good friend of mine, 25+ years ago was a Key Grip, and worked every day on that lot! One day he offered to get me in, and get me a job there. To this day, not doing it is one of the few regrets I have!

16:25 I think that we all have such thoughts when we visit such places, and it's partly why people like us hate to see it get torn down-- we know that we will never be in a movie where so much history happened.... even though we didn't really work toward such a goal 😆

Cook County Court House seal was most likely from Blue Brothers film. I used to live in Island Lake, IL and Phil's beach scene in Wauconda was in the movie. Even had a former doctor across the street from the beach at the time and his name was John Belushi lol. Same as the actor. My fave show is The Waltons. I still watch it on Hallmark Drama channel. The Batman Forever set. You are the star of your film as you are filming about it.....Loved The Middle. Would love to see a spin off with Axel now like Life with Axel and the rest of the family...

Loved everything from the car show video to the various trips with Tommy to the recent Cheech and Chong vid, but...a two-parter on empty, hollow houses where you match up a few blurry pictures just feels...lonely. Most of these set houses are just empty husks that look little different than wandering through an abandoned building. This feels more like an 8-minute video at most rather than 40-minutes. But that's just my take.
