रीयल लाइफ में कोर्ट में घंटा भी नहीं होता । ये जो झूठ बोलने वाला सेक्शन है ना ये सिर्फ एक किताबी सेक्शन है । असल ज़िंदगी में 10 लाख केस में से किसी एक केस में सेक्शन 191 और सेक्शन 192 की सजा मिलती है । कोर्ट के मजिस्ट्रेट खुद ही कानून का पालन नहीं करते तो बाकी लोग कहां से करेंगे ? सब राम भरोसे चल रहा है । कोर्ट में कानून धेले धडी बिक रहा है । हर चीज़ बिकाऊ है बस कीमत लगाने वाला होना चाहिए । इंडिया की कोर्ट्स में मजिस्ट्रेट को डायरेक्टली रिश्वत ऑफर नहीं की जाती बल्कि पहले उसके रीडर से बात की जाती है जब मजिस्ट्रेट लंच करने गया हो । रीडर अंदर जा के मजिस्ट्रेट से उसके रेट पूछ आता है साथ में अपना कमीशन भी जोड़ लेता है । गरीब आदमी नैतिकता की पूंछ पकड़ने के कारण बर्बाद होता रहता है । अमीर आदमी झपट कर न्याय छीन लेता है ।
Section 195A of IPC is inserted in 2006 not in 2008.

Complainant filed a petition u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C for registration of FIR and in that petition he clearly mentioned that he lodged a written complaint with the police station against the accused but police did not take action so he is filing this petition u/s 156(3) but through "Right To Information Act", the said accused obtained RTI reply from the police dept saying that no written complaint was lodged by that complainant with the police station so in such circumstances, what action the accused can take against that complainant ? Whatever is done by the complainant will it not be treated as false declaration or false statement in the eye of law ? Pls tell me if possible.

Section 195a ko 2008 mai nhi 2006 mai insert kiya tha
But most of the courts never considered 340 of c r p c or in other words court intentionally avoids , can criminal complaint be filed along with 340 of c r p c .
It is revealed the respondent has fabricated evidence and even lied in affidavit, do the petitioner need to invoke separately ipc 191 . How doe s it work during the pendency of the case
