my bad luck to not have seen mahaperiyavaa in person(was too small) nor Mettur Swamigal. In fact I heard of Mettur Swamigal only after his samadhi. Pranaams to Mettur Swamigal for being the karthaa of the experiences with periyavaa videos(which changed my life).
When i was young boy during Maha Perivya's stay in Miraj in Maharashtra. I have seen and heard him talk to my Father. Still remember the petite figure and gentle smile. But could not have his darshan after his taking sanyasa. How fortunate of me to have had seen such persona in person. Hara Sankara Jaya Sankara

sir one small experience with me .Two yes ago I had been to govindapuram to have a darshan of metturswamigal. But he attained sidhi.The caretaker requested me to read the paper given by him in front of more than 30to40 people.when I started reading loudly, one person came to my residence and kept the photo of sivansir and metturswamugal.nobodyo was at home. we were put to surprise who kept this?AFter 3to4months one lady came and asked me ungal veetukku mettur swamy and sivansir vandaacha?Actually it was kept on the grillgate. is it not a miracle? Before go to bed I call all mahaans who I know and go to sleep.
I DON'T KNOW WHY I AM CRYING! SEEING THIS VIDEO. CRIED FOR FULL 30 MINUTES. WATCHNG AGAIN AND AGAIN AND CRYING WHEN I SEE THIS. SEEING METTUR SWAMIGAL'S FACE (JADED BUT SHINING) I GOT THE SAME FEELING WHENEVER I SEE MAHAPERIYAVA'S PICTURES.I DON'T GET EMOTIONAL WITH ANY PICTURES EXCEPT WHILE SEEING MAHAPERIYAVA'S , BUT TODAY I GOT EMOTIONAL SEEING METTUR PERIYAVA'S VIDEO AND PICTURE.
