    Hi Paul, your awesome instructional videos are my life at this moment. I've noticed with the more recent concrete Japanese lantern videos that you have started using a silicone/cornstarch or flour mixture on the positive mold before you add the plaster. I could see using that on components that had some detail, but I don't see the need on the components with little to no detail. Can you tell me the benefit of using the silicone/plaster layers as opposed to just plaster?

    That is amazing. Very clever to do the holes in the lantern with cubes out of styrofoam. May I ask where are you from? Probably Europe, Poland maybe?

    Excelente tu trabajo, por favor me puedes decir que mezcla ( color gris ) y que es lo que se parece cabello ( color marrón ) le pones arriba de recubrimiento echo de silicona y harina de trigo. Soy de Argentina y es increíble tu forma de trabajar, gracias.

      La mezcla gris e yeso y lo que se parece cabello son fibras naturales, como mas de coco, para anadir estructura
