Love the build videos. Recently did a full build on my 3000gt still working on some issues mostly chasing down leaks that seem to pop up. But otherwise the engine runs fine. Pulls like crazy once you get over 3,000 rpms. Love seeing the build videos. Its a lot of work doing engine work. But often times seeing how much better your car runs after makes it worth it. And your engine bay looking fire.
That intake is ART. Car is getting sicker by the week! 🔥💯🔥

The part with the trunk was hilarious.
The carbon fiber fenders along with the hood are still the best thing I’ve ever seen done to a Camaro
I understand the obsession for carbon fiber, but it looks horrible. like a bad patch work job that throws the aesthetics way off. I prefer the clean look. But it's not my car so rock on.

I battled myself over paint, or no paint for a while. Only certain color cars can pull off unpainted carbon

Sadly the difference most likely will be lost HP. I wanted to do the same thing on my 2008 Chevy Trailblazer SS. The aftermarket piece is very pretty for the Trailblazer SS and the OEM manifold might be ugly, but it provided better HP than the new pretty Sniper. I know she has a Camaro and I had the Trailblazer SS, but it is still a Chevy and most likely be the same results. Chevy makes a pretty good product from OEM.
@@bigdogstreetperformance6761 yeah i get that but i am sure it might gain some torque and torque wins races as they say.
@@ProChargedGTA You are right about the torque and I would have sacrificed losing HP if I gained Torque, but I lost both by around 15-20. Hopefully it is different with her Camaro, but sadly I think it will be the same. I am a big fan of Torque because Torque is Street and HP is track.

@@bigdogstreetperformance6761 this holley midrise sucks, had it on customers car. And we decided test putting back ls3 manifold but with gpi rod mod modification on ls3 manifold
The car made more power it made 18rwhp more over the holley midrise , and made 37 more torque to the wheels lol.

I would suggest to use butt connectors when doing wiring like that , then you use heat shrink, otherwise you'll run into problems later

STOP RECORDING LOL, made me laugh! Great video and happy to see you doing engine mods. Do you think a decal on top of the EFI would look good ? You could get a decal made the same color as the other letters that says LS3 and the HP rating, you could always change the HP decal when it changes, idk maybe it would be to much?
Did you get new lifters ? After installing the intake ? Someone told me I need lifters when I install my Holley highram?
Any gains from the intake? Did you tunr or dyno for it?
So you was able to use the ev6 injectors with this intake ?? Holley swore the intake only uses ev1 body injectors ????? I have this intake myself
What color paint or power coat is the intake and valve covers on your amazing car ?
Just curious about the carbon mirror cover. I noticed you took at least one off on the second half of video. Any particular reason? I know eventually you change your color wrap and perhaps needed to take both off.
Also did they get damaged while taken off? And how did you like them and are you thinking on getting them again?
So the sheet metal intake works better than the stock LS3 intake?

Get 4.10 gears!
Start with the hardest injector, in the way Back. If you know how.
I probably would of used at least a wire connector then heat shrinked it. I solder my connections then shrink the wires.
Will be surprised if the wires hold together after a couple weeks twisted together lol
