You need a control group.
The reason why some people believe AI photos are real and real photos are not, is because a lot of people are awful at taking photos, so they are only attracted to studio/highquality photogenic photos but can't be bothered to see the differences between AI and profesional photos.
Or their visual cortex is grossly undeveloped, the same as people that are tonedeaf.
