2020 Kostal OM, Macassar Ebony & Sinker Redwood

This guitar sounds like a piano! Big, wide dynamic range, warm rich bass supporting magical and dense treble strings. This is an awesome fingerstyle instrument for someone who wants a lot of sound with just a little bit of effort.

There’s no doubt, Jason is an exceptional luthier and a creator of beautiful guitars. There’s plenty of drama in that sinker redwood, from a visual and tonal perspective. It’s beautifully voiced with warn, clear notes projecting effortlessly and benefiting from a nice overtone depth... what’s not to like... its a Kostal after all :)
