Its actually much more complicated than what its sylabus. You see the DS RNA is then made into a Silencing Complex. One of the RNA strand is made into "Guidestrand? which will guide the silencong complex silence the mRNA of the virus while the other strand is degraded. Thats the very simple explaination of how the silencing happens. There is also other things like the Argonaught protein and the RISC thingie. See this video, it explains all that. The total protein synthesis of the plant doesn't stop....only the gene(mRNA) of the nematode is inactivated and prevented from forming it's respective proteins which cause the disease.

No we dont have to wait gor the organism to be affected.thats why we are using agrobacterium vector
to carry the gene of interest from complementary rna to the plant cell.I think this may be th ans

When double standard RNA is made inside that little bit, then inside the human body or inside the plant body, why it will make a single stand and if it is still there then how will it be connected with single standard and other double standard

RNA is always single stranded that means initially it is present in single strand in our body and this single stranded RNA will further result for the formation of proteins.....
If want to stop the protein synthesis so we will induce another RNA intentionally from outside... because of which RNA becomes double stranded and only single stranded RNA can form protein and now it is in double stranded form so there will be no protein synthesis....

Hey it reality its a lot more complex than this. The Ds RNA will then help form something called a Silencing complex with a couple of proteins. One of the strands act as a guide Strand while the other is degraded and this guide strand will search for a specefic recognition sequence of the Nematode mRNA and the silencing complex will then silence it. Heres a video where it explains RNAi. You dont need to know for exam though though. They wont ask about the RISC complex or Argonaught proteins. :)m.ua-cam.com/video/cK-OGB1_ELE/v-deo.html
