This is a marvellous version of a truly marvellous song. Great collaboration and shows what great music can be made with different genres. Thumbs up to Roman and DJ Spooky
I wonder who would win the title for talking the most shite out of people in the social sciences and digital/social media. Fair play to them though, it's an epic confidence trick they have going.
Mixing and production are really valuable tools in any recording or performance. It doesn't matter how good the performance is, if the production's dogshit it's not going to have the full impact. Besides, it sounds like this guy produced a lot of the backing tracks himself, so I think the pretentiousness lies with you here boss.

the first three notes just breathtaking.
I don't think you guys said enough buzzwords prior to playing.
really beautiful guys
Can't help but sing the words along with the cello. Impossible not to I think. Pretty amazing cover.
I have been looking everywhere for this-missed this for a long time.
This is just a wonderful arrangement.
wow, the cello is wonderful. stupendous cover.
amazing. simply marvelous.
Absolutely stunning contrast, and beautifully executed . Can I buy it on iTunes or anywhere as a standalone track?
Bloody incredible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
no words.... wonderfullll... like as my spiritual trip inside of myself when ir in "Ayhuasca"
you mean drugs? it's like drugs yeah...
This is beautiful.
Just, Stunning.
freaking amazing
This is fantastic
vi amo.
That's a lot of talk for someone essentially pressing play and having a guy playing a classical instrument on top of the backing track..
You're welcome to give it a shot, see if you can recreate something similar. We'll be waiting your video reply.
i totally agree.
@@smokeyvolvo he didnt create much of anything, it's a fucking cover
Love it!
Lovely
beautiful!
spectacular!!!
This is Dope.
Hey Dudes, a decade on, how’s it going?
todo en su lugar
really nice version. Somehow you made the cello sound like thom yorke
or is it the other way around? interesting thought

nice :)
conversation was dry... fast forward to the actual reason we are all here (youtube presentations are 100% cringe and painful) This made me salivate
does anyone know what app spooky is using here?
This is a beautiful cover. Is it possible to get the arrangement for the cello?
@sweetlikeADAM It was meant to sound pretty. Not everything he does has to be fast and or complicated. :)
@UngratefulLiving420 I guess it's one he made himself. Check his website about it
i don't get why people are raving, it's just playing the backing track with some unremarkable cello playing.
Just because something may not be difficult doesn't mean its bad. Even if it is unremarkable it still sounds really cool
3:23 Is it me or the string literally said "Everythiiing..." ?
this guys must be appreciates in my country.... that was in past a "mutantes" country... but now: God...
what APP are using DJ SPOOKY?
ipadloops.com/dj-spooky-dj-app-for-ipad/
i don't care about just > 2:52
soooo can i download this track somewhere ?
The cello part is cool. The other guy's 'instrument' as he so pretentiously put it, is basically just a mixer
