    Ingredients:
    Oil - As Required
    Star Anise -2 Pcs
    Cardamom - 4-5 Pcs
    Cloves - 5-6 Pcs
    Cinnamon Stick - 1 Pc
    Onion - 2 Medium Sized Cut In Half Rings
    Ginger and Garlic - Add as Required in Slices (It gives flavor to the “Kicap Dish” aka Soy Sauce Stir Fried Dish)
    Dried Chili - 2-3 Pcs Cut In Small Pieces
    Green Chili- 2-3 Pcs
    Bird’s Eye Chili (Optional) - 4-5 Pcs
    Chicken - ½ Chicken Roughly about 1.2Kg
    Ginger Garlic Paste - ½ Cup
    Potato - 2 Medium Sized Cut In Medium Cubes
    Chili Powder - 1 Tbsp
    Dark Soy Sauce (Thick) - 3 Tbsp Or Adjust As Required Color; Dark or Light
    Oyster Sauce - 3 Tbsp
    Light Soy Sauce (Liquid) - 2-3 Tbsp Or Adjust As Required
    Cooking Rice Wine (Non-Alcoholic) -2-3 Tbsp
    Fish Sauce - 2-3 Tbsp
    Seseme Seed Oil - 2-3 Tbsp
    Sweet Soy Sauce - 2-3 Tbsp
    Water - As Required, Why? I’m Adding 1 Cup Of Water So That It Will Be More To Gravy Consistency But You Can Add ½ Cup For A Dry Consistency Dish. Depend On Your Preference
    Salt - Remember We Have Added A Variety Of Soy Base Sauces Into The Dish So Adjust The Salt According To Taste. Too Much Salt Consumption Is Not Good For Health Either.
    Cauliflower Florets - A Handful Or As Required (Add Before Finishing The Dish So That It Won’t Be Too Overcooked But Slightly Crunchy Is Suitable For This Dish)
    For Garnish, Add:
    - Onion Cut In Small Square figure
    - Tomato Cut In Medium to Thin Wedges
    - Roasted Cashew Nuts ½ Cup Or As Required
    - Curry Leaves A handful For the Aroma
