Been away for a couple of decades and now living abroad in South America, lived there from the ages of 13 to 28 could pretty much call it my home town, so many memories. Thanks, great vid!
Thanks for watching! 😃 I can only imagine how different it looks to you now. I didn't visit for at least 2 years prior to making this video and was amazed at all of the changes within that time.
I know Danbury has its issues and rough sides, but being born and raised in New Haven, I can say that this was pretty scenic compared to other cities in CT.
You saw a good part of it, but missed Federal Road (you went past it around 3 minutes into the video). That is a huge road with a very large, modern business district. Almost all the car dealerships are on the road, Stew Lenoard's, Home Depot, banks, you name it. Besides that you gave a pretty good overview of the city. Good job!
Well having grown up there in the 50s to 70s and only having been back a few times for funerals and such, much of what's shown here is unrecognizable and that's understandable. Lots of retail strip malls shown, just like everywhere else. Some footage of the old neighborhoods. I could tell about half the time what streets you were on, the rest, no idea. Last time I lived there was 1976 so my point of reference is mostly gone. Interesting (sad maybe) to see the massive growth of housing and retail. Thanks for the view; think I'll hold on closer to my memories. Good job.
got to question myself on why am i watching this i work there and spend lots of time there...nice to see they finally finished that job near the city garage...lol
Not only can you get free tooth removal but I hear you can buy 34 million dollar properties for only 10 bucks. The corruption ain't just with law enforcement. The people running that town are criminals.
Make sure when in Danbury Conn you do everything law enforcement says or the possibility exists you may loose your life, it's a very tough town where the rule of law is whatever they (law enforcement) want it to be, things might not end well for visitors. Enjoy!

I wouldn't go near that town after all the bad policing problems they've had! Just UA-cam all the crap that they're policing department has been doing and caught on camera. Crazy definitely not a friendly town!
Hope Milford police know about the Bill of Rights because the police in Danbury don't, but I did hear the Danbury has a great dental school most of the police know how to take out most of your teeth!

Was this person arrested for documenting their trip?
That's funny but they do have some of the worst police in the country really horrible police officers!
LMAO Twenty years ago, dag gummett, I'd have bought you an ice cream cone.

What Danbury is this?
Don't move there. They're on trial for breaking someone's civil rights right in the courthouse. In other words they're being sued.
Show all of Danbury, Not just the good parts
Nope
You guys are famous now...or should I say infamous.

How ?

Long Island exposed the corruption 😅 never going there unless I have a live 360 camera on body
