@@drewp1076 You're welcome Drew. I'm so glad that you tried it. I wouldn't use apple cider vinegar to clean the meat. I would used distilled vinegar or lime/lemon. Apple cider vinegar can be too over powering. Try that next time.
You are 100% correct. As long as you wash your hands thoroughly, you should be able to use your hands to spread the seasoning on. Did you try the recipe?

Miss the proper Carribean restaurants they have in Canada - the ones in the UK are nothing in comparison lol. Definitely gonna give this a go soon ❤️

I'm so sorry to hear that your life took a turn around the time of your original comment. I hope that things got better for you. You might have to make your own Caribbean food in the UK. You just have to find which store sells the things that you need. Maybe you can try making it this year.. Wishing you good health, happiness and finding good food 😀.
