    During Enginestart you see a klm 737 take off and follow the line of your KLM 777 wing. What a beautifull shot like that!

    What a great video showing "forward thrust...then vertical lift taking over." The miracle of flight amazes me every time I fly. The power of those jet engines...a manmade miracle.

    Another great video, I should have subscribed ages ago as I've watched so many of them. I've put that right now. Thanks for doing them; I only fly about twice a year so this is another way of experiencing being up there and I don't even have to go through security, arrive at the airport hours in advance, etc.

    Flew on this very plane yesterday from Osaka (Japan) to Amsterdam. Great plane and great flight. Just about to upload my take off video. Interestingly this plane had to make an emergency landing in October due to an Engine problem.

    Great video bud. The GE 90-115 is quieter than Pratt & Whitney, and Rolls Royce, or at least it seems to be.

      It is because of the composite blades in multiple engine turbines. 70% of the thrust comes from the N1 turbine if these things.

    The sound of a GE90 spooling up... the finest sound in modern aviation IMO. My second favourite of all time after the deliciously silky sounds of a Rolls Royce Merlin V12

      I'm pretty sure airlines only have one option on the 777-300ER's, the GE90-115B. In fact I think the only 777's they have a choice on are the 773's and the 772's, the 77W's and 77L's have the GE90.

    I never understood why so many of these type of video's always focus on the wing and engine. For us here, it just boring but I love the plane. Spend many, many hours on them in the cockpit.

      It's an old Fokker 70 from KLM that has gone out of service. It was donated by them to Schiphol, that placed it on terrace on the rooftop. There is a video about it on the channel of Amsterdam airport Schiphol.
