- I'm a big fan of large 5 kopek coins from Catherine the Great's Russian Empire, but there's a ton more in terms of interesting world items originating from that side of the Pacific (or Europe - whatever!) and I recently bought about $700 worth from across the globe. Great purchase for a reasonable price. A couple of years ago, old Russian coins (especially silver roubles and gold) went skyrocketing and auction results were insane. Nowadays, I don´t know...😆 Greets from GER, U.
