Is it just me who thinks someone looks so freaking beautiful when they are totally in their element?? Like, you see someone heavily emersed in their painting, or like this lady. Just so beautiful. Its like you see a glow that shines brighter when they are in their element.
I think everyone is attracted to competent/capable people, usually showing a skill that you are really good at will do this. Especially if its a physical talent.
I'm not so convinced it does. If you look she's never pulling with her arms, she's just hanging with them. She's managing her momentum with her core rather than her arms (which still requires a fair amount of strength, just in a different place)
It's really not that hard. I used to do this in gymnastics and even kids can do it, she did make a beautiful display of it though. It was calming to watch.

To do this without missing the handles or having to swing back, to be able to do this without looking like you’re struggling or feeling the weight of gravity is quite impressive. I myself know quite a few women who are very fit that couldn’t do this. On a different note why did you single out woman specifically? Are you saying you couldn’t do this?
