It's probably good that he temporarily quit or something so other 14k LR2 players can catch up to his scores... ...and btw the people which prefer slow melodic guitar chords, slow melodic piano... which is easy to learn... well who cares? We know it's easy to learn, has much more performance impact, and can make money... although we're playing this 14k LR2 in a competetive way、 anyway, via choice. LR2 players would only switch to guitar, violin, piano or singing if they can compete with the top 10 best in the world, as that's the motivational drive (here in LR2). There's not much value in being average in things, if there's 500,000 other people which can do the exact same thing, with no difference at all. With ereter, jhlee, and many Japanese players (such as CELI, TAIRYU), it's an " only me " thing (i.e. "only I can do this"). Singers and violinists at the " only me " level, are great, too. There's many examples of that, such as the violinist Hilary Hahn, and the singer Sohyang ( 소향 ) in Korea, and will we catch up(slowly ascend) to their levels? No. No, it's not possible to catch up(slowly ascend) to the levels of i.e. Hilary Hahn and Sohyang, so then what's the point? 3 months of practice is ok, can do some karaoke tricks... although 5 years and still 'average', what's that? ereter is the best 14 key player in Japan, Korea & China .. & RIE. is the best controller 7 key player if you include the ratio of number of hours spent practicing, versus the scores ... (half joking although she has a lot of 98% scores and she didn't play dozens of songs over 1000 times like many other players) ... .. & the best keyboard player seems to be KKM* these days (which is funny since he uses his ring fingers like zxc (space) ,./ and does all scratching on the left shift key) and it probably took him 6 to 10 years to reach that level although he's clearly very musically talented as well .. LoL (RIE. doesn't use her ring fingers & just plays 4-index 5-thumb 6-middle 7-pinky & 1-thumb 2-index 3-index, slash 1-thumb 2-middle 3-index) I haven't really paid attention to how ereter plays .. I think he's using his pinky on 5 & 7 instead of ring finger on 5 & 6 (like KLOC for example) .. anyway he clears all the really difficult to read and difficult to hit stuff I also wonder if it's ' normal ' for people to be able to play this 14 key stuff, since most 7 key players say it's " impossible " .. so does that mean that the 14 key players have something wrong with their brain ... LoL
