Keep giving us the ‘Birds, Bob! 😂 Beautiful car! I agree, that one is a true survivor, all original. I can understand why people (including me at times) refer to restomods as survivors, but this one truly is a survivor. I hope the Mopar experts give you the green light and say that it’s all there and all original.
Hello im 33 from Milwaukee WI I was raised on nascar since birth and even tho the king Richard Petty retired when i was only 2. He has always been my favorite driver since i can remember and as i got older i discovered this beautiful design of a car and and its creation/genesis to this very day and onto the future will always be my ultimate favorite type of car from the time and era.
the other day i youtube searched dodge daytona plymouth superbird in the hopes that i would stumble across a single channel completely devoted to this style and design of car and low and behold i discovered your channel and just a few day's ago i watched the whole video with your breaking down this car with all its info with no wheels on it. And let me just say i couldn't wait to see this bird get her ORIGINAL rubber kicks and now that i see her with them on i truly believe who cares if thats the only ride you bring to the show because as original as she is by golly she will steal the show atleast in the heart of the crowd because we all know how judges can be real pieces of work when it comes to being a sticklerr about specifics

The terms Survivor, original, and unrestored get thrown around way too Loosely nowadays in my opinion. I completely agree that a repainted car is not a survivor.
