Two things:
My old transformer machine makes more consistent arc starts for tacking aluminum with a pointed tungsten.
And
Equip a woodworking trim router with a ball end cutter.
Epoxy a dowel rod matching the cutter radius to the base of the router.
This tool is very useful for cutting the bulk of excess weld away, greatly reducing the amount of filing needed.
I can confirm by seeing this video that you Japanese people can bring perfection to whatever you do. Congratulations indeed. 👏
