After reviewing Aster Residence yesterday, I've came to the conclusion that my purchase of M-Vertica is the wrong decision for investment in Cheras area. It should have been Aster Residence.
TQ TQ. Elevated canopy walkway to all the nearby components. I'm sure no other developer will be able to replicate this anytime soon, as they will need to built an entire city to do so!
Come to think about it, its actually possible to stay and live at Sunway City for the most part of one's life. There's a medical centre, shopping mall, universities and connectivity to public transport if wanna go somewhere outside Sunway City.

Got d Maxis WiFi for my house but at RM29. It was onli RM19 b4 tis! You should have done tis earlier!
