  • How to lose weight without going to the gym or working out - Do these 5 things and you’ll see the weight melt off in no time.
    Double up your protein consumption. This will make you nice and full, prevent cravings, and help preserve muscle.
    Heavily decrease your carb consumption. This will prevent blood sugar spikes, help you maintain sustained energy, and eliminate cravings.
    Go for a 30-minute walk every day. Steady-state cardio isn't necessary - it can make you more hungry and increase cortisol. Walking is one of the best things a person can do
    Get More sleep. 7-9 hours is perfect - This will help regulate your hormones.
    I've been helping people sustainably lose weight for 13 years. So follow me if you want to actually lose weight. And watch more of my videos if you want more details on any of the tips I just gave.

    Hi Tim just a question on calories I'm close to 300lbs I'd prefer to be around 200lbs when I do my calories to eat in a deficit on the calculator it comes up around 2100 per day, how do i work out what calories to eat using the PE diet I think eating 2100 in two meals would be difficult especially with very low carbs as rice and potatoes contribute a lot to total calories, any advice would be most appreciated

    • @TimBurmaster
      @TimBurmaster  Рік тому +10

      Hey Russ! Your previous macros of 180g of protein, 23g of carbs and ~120g of fat look great, which is about 1900 calories. Here's an example of my first meal of the day - 6 eggs and 3 grass fed beef patties (fat drained). It's well over 1000 calories. It's a lot of volume, but not a ridiculous amount of calories. Prioritize your meat consumption, eat until you're full, and you'll do great.
