I'm a drummer and still a big fan of "Wild" Mick Brown, saw you on the 1988 Aerosmith tour in Wichita, KS. We all miss you playing but understanding your reasons. You're one of my favorites for sure! Hope you're doing well Mick. You Rock bro.
Tavares Project Could be, but the footage around 11:3ish is definitely not, you can here the stark change in volume when Mick is singing. Mick has some pipes! LOL
Man I miss these days, 100% live, no backing tracks. Super talented. Lynch Mob should have been a huge band. I saw Lynch Mob in San Jose 2013ish, was bummed that mick wasn't there that night BUT Brian Tichy sat in. Loved their album Smoke and Mirrors.
I believe I was at this show with my friend Scott Soderstrom. LSD opened up. It was an awesome show and a great album.. Sorry lived with oni Logan.. He was replaced shortly after this. Was this Florentine garden on Sunset? I'm pretty sure this is the same concert. Awesome to find this here so many years later. Thanks to the two girls in front of us. We had fun dancing with you two. Haha craxy days
the first lynch mob album is one of my all time fave albums, every song a jem. i seen lynch mob a few times back in the early nineties and george just kept getting better with every show. unbelievable.
Best lineup... Anthony, Oni, Mick and George! Kick ass! When Robert Mason was there they were good as well, but this lineup just has that absolute killa vibe. Saw both line-ups live and ... well, you have my opinion!
@@Ignition360Design Well, considering when this was... pre auto-tune, pre backing track bs, just musicians playing live... Hell, in ears where just starting to be used... I'd say it's pretty good... Hair Metal rules as always, but never the charts. This show here, however, appeared on Norwegian National TV by surprise...that was like Christmas Eve un-announced
Mick just sings his but off back there behind the drum kit, doesn't he. He was responsible for doing all those high harmony vocal parts when Dokken and Lynch Mob would play out live - kind of like Michael Anthony did in Van Halen. I really loved Lynch Mob around the time they did this televised concert. If CDs had grooves, I know I would have worn them off off this first Lynch Mob CD! Driving home late from my own band's gigs, this is all I would listen to, just blasting it to keep me awake!
these guys crushed it. at first I didn't care; but my girl at the time forced me to go. I resisted. but .....I was wrong to fight it. what a kick ass show this was
Yeah Georges Lynch is ONE ÓF THE GREATEST, BUT THAT SINGER, HAS SOMETHING SPECIAL, MYSTERIEUS, SOMETHING INDIANE. GREAT ENTERTAINER, LOVE THE SOUND OF HIS VOICE, ACCENT. . GREAT ROCKBAND.
LYNCH MOB has Fucking Ruled for Years, Personally they are so Much BETTER than other Bands that are Over rated Bands like GUNS n' ROSES, Bon Jovi,Van Halen,etc.etc. So many other bands... LYNCH MOB FUCKING RULES TO THIS DAY!!!!!!!!
Oni is one hell of a front man. The Vox are a given but he moves like a cobra on stage. What a hell of period for George and Mick, this show is still swirling in the cosmos
Phenomenal album and group. These songs take there toll on the lead vocalists voice. As a lead vocalist myself it is hard as hell to work through. You try to give 100% and you just can't hit those high notes.
Trust me people if you really want to see what George Lynch is capable of then listen to Dokken Beast From The East Live from Japan. This is hands down my favorite live rock album ever. Lynch does things all through out this live album that are magical. Lynch mob is pretty good sounding on their studio album wicked sensation but I don't care for them too much live except for George of course. Do yourselves a big favor and listen to Beast From The East and you'll find George Lynch at his life's best playing and the reason why he's one of the best quality guitarist ever.
Dokken is my favorite band and George is one of my three favorite guitarist with John Sykes and Ritchie Blackmore, also I have three different BFTE copies (vinyl, cassette & CD). But you must know there are many rumors that Beast From The East is full of guitar overdubs. After listening to a couple of Japanese bootlegs and some live videos of the time I think those rumors are very possible. By the way, Oni here sounds like shit.
Love this band, back then i had 3 copies of wicked sensation in casette format, y know it. Simply because i played them too often that i had to buy new one as the previous one broken..even now i still feel the manly energy of the intro to "wicked sensation" and "all i want".. Well, I'm late to this video but I sure am glad I found it. Got to thinking about "Wicked Sensation" after listening to one of my fav Internet stations 80's Hairbands today. This sounds so good. The mix is great. You can actually hear the bass thumping.
Sad that after this show, Oni Logan was fired from the band. He had nothing to do as his voice unfortunately gave up in between the show and he struggled significantly to recover that. He tried to make them understand that his throat unfortunately became sore during the first song, but Mr. Lynch was furious after the show.. Anyway, Oni Logan later came back and gave some incredible albums.. Lynch Mob, beat band post Dokken era..
I love this album, it was my very first CD back in the early 90´s, but I think a guitar hero in Lynch´s position at that period of time could have found someone better than Oni Logan. Thanx for the post, the quality is superb.
George must have been on a PRS kick at that time hes always been loyal to ESP guitars I know he probably owns many other brands of guitars in his collection just never seen him play live that much using another guitar especially in those years
This album is solid front to back. Such a strong album
I agree a great album every song is good
Masterpiece.
When rock stars ruled the earth!
The vocals. Not pitchie. Bad ass. I loved this tape when I was a teenager. Lol

Wild Mick Brown has never gotten enough credit as one of the greatest drummers of all time! His vocals are second to none as far as drummers go!!
autobond007 this is why George kept him!!!!!
That's kind of pushing it
Ummm.... Peter Criss? Black Diamond??
And singing while playing the drums is no easy feat!!!!
Definitely. The guys a fucking hero. He's a heavy hitter with solid backings. Definitely not enough credit
Well, I'm still here, after 5 year's, and I still Love LYNCH MOB, THE WHOLE SEEN WAS PERFECT FOR ME.

I hear that...
Just think had this band formed in 1984.......😄
I always thought they were better than the generic hair bands, them Badlands and a few others
Totally agree, grunge kinda put a damper on things too. I do love Alice In Chains though.
Watched this when it aired!!
River of Love is an amazing song,..Best Lynch Mob lineup.
There is and never will be another Lynch. The hair, the chops, the fucking bad ass ESP's and the best fucking tone ever.
I also agree.Tooth and Nail tone absolutely killer
I got to play his original tiger guitar when he came to Tucson at a meet and greet at a music store.

PRS in that video
George Shreds that FN Guitar 3rd Song . Excellent Audio and Video Quality. 1980s-1992 such a Great Time

I will repeat myself, here, but George Lynch is the best of the best.
Really he's NOT.
I agree bro. But john levin seems to play his iconic dokken solos better than george has in a while but thats just my opinion lol
My vote says Eddie then George.
No, not really.

Mick has GREAT pipes. That mother can sing....good with lyrics too.
Apparently he had a brief falling out with ESP around this time period, but it was short lived and they got back together =true love LOL
+THE ALL SEEN And thankfully, the last time. PRS is the most overrated, over-hyped guitar company on the planet.
What I really like is how Oni recovered from the rough start. All I want was really good!
George at the top of his game. If you want a brilliant solo in your song invite Lynch to play it. He will never disappoint you.
Except Shadowlife, Smoke This, KXM and all his releases after Dokken's Dysfunctional.
