If you don't have a lot of minifigures, you can use one minifigure to represent your squad. Place a die next to it to indicate the number of units in your squad! Have a good game!
Just downloaded your rules , and I'll be eager to give them a try. Thumbs up for having a go at creating your own rules, and for the entertaining and informative video. A lot of wargamers on YT could learn from your fun and engaging style of presentation. I hope you'll do a battle report sometime!
I'd love to see what you'll do with a steam punk style dwarven faction, and maybe in the future, you can make a similar game, but it takes place in a futuristic space fiction
Reminds of an old board game I grew up playing called Heroscape. Would be cool to add some sort of physical setting to play on rather than a table. Great ideas loved the vid and very creative!
I'm working on something similar, but attempting to emphasise the customisability of lego rather than a more warhammer-like "set squads" approach, so for example you can put armour on any figure that can wear it, and you can put any figure into a suitable vehicle.
Really cool concept but I think you should cut the luck factor a little so stradegie will matter even more. For example don't make movement dependent on a dice roll. But great Job :)
There can be a luck factor involved, but I think it would be more strategic to have each different unit have a max movement based on their design (less armor but great physicality meaning more speed. Heavy armor or weak body meaning less speed), and then for the randomness perhaps have different types of terrain. Flat lands or inside cities and villages without rubble having just the basic movement, but mountainous terrain, swamps, dense forrests etc. adding a different die for penalties to your max movement. For example, mildly bothersome terrain might just mean 1, 2 and 3 not giving a penalty, 4 and 5 giving a 1-point penalty, and 6 giving a 2-point penalty to movement speed. Ranger type characters might have a special characteristic of ignoring a level of penalty, so that same dice would only result in a penalty on 6, and even then only 1-point. In return they might have a bit less defense, so they're ideal if you can keep them moving outside of range for sturdier characters and use them on dificult terrain. But in cities they'd be less advantageous because there are no movement penalties to avoid so heavily armored knights would be able to corner them and shrug off most of their attacks. That way there is a bit of randomness, emulating a bad step, weather etc. but you could still use strategy. And a bad roll could punish a risky plan or give you a chance to overcome your opponent.
I think the explaination of the morale check got mixed up. It should be that if your roll is lower than the difficulty (number on the card + units lost) then units run away, not the other way around. Also, do you lose the health of the fleeing units? Can you choose wich units flee so you get rid off an injured one? This concept is very interesting and I would love to see it more polished.
this is so cool! It would also be fantastic if you also made a sci-fi version of the game in the future with Lego Star Wars sets and other space figures
This game looks amazing! I am trying to get a lot of fantasy minifigures to play this game. Cards look soo cool! Please make cards for the other armies.
Amazing! Love the simple rules ❤. Will u present gaming cards and armies list? If yes will you add numbers of bricks needs for build? I realy want to play Dwarves vs. Orks.
@bybeezon I have downloaded the Character cards and rules, which I have read. Are you planning to add more characters? Like dwarves? They are in your video but not in the downloadable jpgs.
Love your vids! Been comming up with such ideas a lot when I was a kid :) Nowdays I'm just ordering more and more pieces for a DnD themed tavern and airship that I will never get the time to build haha. What's the beard piece you are using on the dwarf at 2:25? I've been trying to fit that mohawk with Gimli's beard (so I could order Gloin if it fits), but it did not fit perfectly. Did you make a small cut?
I chose the Empire of light. Class: Battle Servant. Armor: servant clothes with small armor attachments. Weapon: Dagger, throwing knives, and a healing staff. Skills: Armor and weapon repair, cooking, evasive, agility, one handed blade training, and speech.
wow, thank you for this. I will definitely be playing it! I in fact made up my own lego Warhammer type game a few years ago, but this is way better! thank you again!
I’m already making a board game on that too. It’s called building blocks and Beasts made a whole Readers manual For everything they need to know it’s based on the fantasy world that I made and I’m really excited to see where it goes from there because I love Lego and I think it’s gonna be a really fun game for the whole family
The Moral check doesn't make alot of sense. Cuz the more units died in the squad the less likely it is that units will flee. It should be the other way imo
man absolutly love your vids. It makes my day instant good when i see you uploaded. If i may ask, how often do you upload because you should definitly consider uploading more if this is a possibility. I will defenitly try this game and the movement fase is absolutly fantstic!
I would love for the next video to show how Papa Lego expanded his medieval village which now looks like it's finally connected with the lion's castle.

I used to play Heroscape alone, and that's just how great of a game it was.
This is just Warhammer age of sigmar lol
Heroscape is coming back soon thanks to Rengade games, I have waited a long time for this,

Could you make a parts list for each mini figure (plus possible alternative parts/accessories)? That would be awesome!
That golem is amazing. Are you willing to provide building instructions for it?
It is easy to assemble, the main thing is to have the necessary parts, different connectors

Brikwars has been a thing for years
Whist has been a thing for years. Does that mean you can't have any other card games?
I really like how you utilized actual Lego fantasy mini figures for a lot of the game.
Pretty complicated, ngl. But still I think it's pretty cool comcept. You had to work pretty long on those, am I right?
Hi, I'd be very happy if you released a tutorial on the portable archers tower on the lizard!
Bro every you uploads, I am like, watch it over and over
Very cool man. Your videos have improved so much, you may be my favorite Lego UA-camr,
Also is this your voice in the video
What a video, he uses his voice and found a neck for the dragon
First. Love ur channel
BRO add the sieging and all the stuff at the end. game sounds awesome bro. cant wait to build legos to compliment this
Beautiful! The game is also nice, I downloaded the rules but unfortunately I can't download the cards! Anyway, nice project!!!
So you’ve basically made D&D, nice 👍
This was so cool
i like it, it's more involved then the Lego castle board game, that weirdly looked like some sort of Lego warhammer copy.
Love the video and I like your voice it's better then the robot voice
ByBeeZon your one of my absolute favorite UA-cam channels 🥳🥳🥳 Keep It Up

Looks fun! Similar to Warhammer with a sprinkle of DND
Should have some kind of flanking ability for archers. If you are behind or beside an enemy, I don't see why there would be friendly fire.
