- I'm so sorry, guys.. I made this video just now, it's awful. POI deserve much more videos every day. It was an incredibly emotional final. We have lost so many favorite characters, but in the end we won. I will miss to this wonderful show. I hope you enjoy, guys!

God, I miss this show. It's a crime, how they canceled it. It was so damn incredible from start to finish, one of my favorite shows ever. Fantastic tribute!

It is sad it was canceled. But in a way, I feel like the show reached its natural end.
I loved it and I think it ended perfectly. Shows shouldnt extend beyond what they can sustain. This show has one of the best endings ever. It tied up everything and brought everyone full circle. It was perfect.

Zurik 23M: Thanks for this, this was a great show missing it day by day. But I have a question for U. Have U ever watched the show Burn Notice, if so then my question is specific. If Michael Weston were to have joined Samaritan in that universe, would it be safe to say that The Organization that burned him would be dismantled due to him joining Samaritan? Or better yet would Samaritan destroy The Mysterious Organization of Burn Notice?

Right now I just finished watching the last episode of this show and I am trying to find something that can help me to deal with it. Since I started watching this show I didnt expect it would end like this. I've watched many shows and I learned a lot of things with them but POI made me meet characters that I will always carry on my heart. This is the first show that makes me love all the characters. I can say POI already changed my life and my mind, it is my new favorite show now. I'm sure I'll be watching this vid over and over because it really reminds me good moments of this wonderful show. I'll stop typing now because my keyboard is turning into a swimming pool of tears. :´(

The most powerful and emotionally quenching series I’ve ever watched hands down. You compiled so many of the moments I was looking for in a beautifully artistic way. The series is beyond words and my actually *painful* waterfall of tears is my only way I could possibly begin to explain how amazing this series was. Throughout the entire series they’ve developed the story and character in such a precise and moving way. So many stories, so many laughs, so many tears. God, I had no clue what I was getting into when I first started this show. I feel so bittersweet having just finished the finale. It was such a good ending and I don’t think they could have changed any part of this and made it anymore of a masterpiece. A large part of me hoped all the characters would have their happy endings and live - and I suppose using the machines moving ideology they did just that, but another part of me knew it wouldn’t end like a fairy tale. That’s reality, and person of interest has always been a mirror of harsh truths. I suppose I’m writing this in a somber attempt to relinquish myself of the devastating realization that this is the end of their story. Honestly, knowing what I know now I can’t see myself re-watching it, not because of anything negative necessarily, but because now that I know their fate, their heroic path, I don’t think I could see any of their faces again without bawling out in tears. This story revolves around humanity, what you do in life and in death. The consequences of your actions and how they spiral to effect everyone around you. This began as a journey to save a few, and it became so much more. The way they planned the story is so ingenious. They’ve fitted lines and characters so perfectly, placing subtle statements of what is to come even from the first seasons. Even the simple action of Root coining the Machine as a “Her”, trickled on immensely in the plot. There’s too much to notice, to appreciate. It’s left me speechless and rendered me a weeping mop. I’ve fallen deeply in love with these characters, each and every one of them. In order for me to actually sleep tonight, I’ll have to pretend in my mind that they all held hands and ran into the sunset together, the machine telling them sweet nothings in their earbuds.. A message to the creators, thank you for the experience, the journey; it was a long and amazing one.
I‘ve already cried for the final but you made me sad again... We’re all sure p.o.i is the best sci-fi, drama, reality and in more categories with the best actors and actresses. I hope that in the future another directors, another actors and actresses will make better than this show but I don’t think so :))...

I’ve been watching poi fanvids for the last month and reading fic (Rinch) and eventually succumbed to the season 1-5 boxset this weekend. Took a bit of a risk given I’d not watched any of the show before but I’m four episodes in and I’m already in love with both the show and the characters.
This fanvid is the one I keep coming back to. The emotion you’ve drawn out with the editing; dialogue, clips and music (that song is amazing) is heart wrenching. Obviously as I’ve not seen the show I don’t know all of what is to come but I’ve read enough fic and watched enough vids to get a general idea and this video is like an emotional punch.
I’ll be pulling back to stop any further spoilers but I wanted to just say (in a very lengthy manner I’m so sorry!) thank you for this fanvid.
3 years of watching this and I'm not seeing a comment from me anywhere. This is long overdue but...better late than never. Zurik - you captured this show's essence so beautifully. Your hard work brings me tears every time I watch. Thank you for making and sharing this.
Rewatching POI during quarantine has sent me down a fanvid rabbit hole, but can I just say this was the absolute best of them all. Just beautiful stuff, paying tribute to every character, including the AIs, and every relationship. Thanks for this!

Scene from the last episode with reese and finch is just as good as last scenes from LOST. This show was a peak action/crime drama ever created.

The final season disappointed me because it was too rushed, compressed and a lot of cancelled plot.
The show would have win so much more with two complete season five and six ; then the final episode would have so much more impact if the writers could have taking time to develop all the arcs and characters. So sad...

The philosphy of the last episode which you take the quote that when you remember someone this person never really die.
I already knew this kind of spirit and I think it apply perfectly in fiction and in real life too.
As the moment you think about them and we constantly do in PoI, Reese, Elias, Root, Carter... are still alive. And its quite poetic and beautiful...
Too bad there were not much arc developpement.
Wasn't the writers' fault. It was CBS that moved POI to a worse time slot, forcing it to quit. But unlike a lot of other shows that got cut in the middle of nowhere, the writers of POI made the decision to end the (forcedly shortened) Season 5. They had a hunch it might be cut, so they took it in their own hands to make it final. Even so, CBS kept asking them to make "stand alone" plots (these are serious fuckers...) as opposed to making the whole 13 eps all about the main plot as the writers wanted. All in all, coz of their decision, we had this great show.
