No its not, its very easy unfortunately. I cant help thinking it would be better if it was more difficult to buy or own Birds of Prey in the UK as it would possibly inhibit the many welfare issues captive Birds of Prey suffer from inadequately experienced owners.

We do hunt small game on our permissions, however, we believe that hunting with a hawk is a totally different experience. Due to our profession we have a very good knowledge about animals, but despite this, we are planning to be well prepared before purchasing a bird.
