There is something here that I have noticed and have been saying for a while now in regard to school / mass shootings and the ar/15. Have you noticed that in these school/mass shootings that the Ar15 used was always a stock version?
these individuals had gone through extensive planning to perpetuate their crime. So I'm expected to believe that it never occurred to any of them that a stock ar15 might not be the best choice and that modifying one with a short barrel, a forward grip or the parts to fully automate them would be far more efficient for making a higher kill ratio?
Thar just doesn't make any sense to me.
School shootings are most likely due to bullying and bad parenting and underdeveloped schooling. as we see today in most our representatives of state as-well many groups out today manners have gone out the door. Example - waiting for someone to finish speaking before you speak.
Example - if your not going to say something nice don’t say anything at all
Schooling wise- while the education system currently provides valuable knowledge the key aspect it’s missing is how to implement it.
Example- gen z thinks they weren’t taught how to do their taxes
@jackblack9208 Don't give them any ideas.... just saying.
@@jackblack9208The ATF Do not have authority or any rights to make any decision on firearms. Because they don't have the authority to do so at all. Because it It's protected under the second amendment in the Constitution, which second amendment is right to bear arms, the ATF Can Not make no decisions on any firearm as For the school shootings that is all on the cops Because his are private example. Cops was rather stay outside of a school taking selfies with their thumbs up each other's butts and their hands in each other's pockets. While innocent, children and teachers again taken away from their loved ones and get in hurt. And another school incident happened in Texas again, where the cops never showed up. Cause they were a bunch of cowards that are afraid of their own shadow decided to take selfies with each other again with the thumbs up each other's butts and the hands in each other's pockets. Why innocent children and teachers again hurt and get taken away from their loved ones. The ATF doesn't know nothing about guns And it's not the gun's fault. The guns can't get up and hurt somebody. Only the person behind the firearm can hurt somebody. The ATF are a bunch of oxymorons that couldn't find their way out of a Wet paper bag but holes in it That's how stupid the ATF is
that is nothing but a lie about the switch.
All they proved is that the ATF should not be allowed to handle guns.

*MOST ACCURATE COMMENT TO DATE!!!* 💯
AMEN!
100% Accurate
The reason I will never trust them is that they talk about criminals and citizens all as the same base.
I get your point but criminal are also citizens. Committing a crime doesn’t make you not a citizen. And being a citizen doesn’t mean you’re not a criminal. These things have no correlation.
@@JJohnson313 Law abiding citizens people who actually follow the rules are getting harassed rather than the criminals is what I think he meant to write.
@@JJohnson313 the sarcasm wasn’t needed. You know wtf I was talking about. This is why this crap is always an unnecessary argument in court
Limousine liberals view ownership of firearms as a criminal act.
They don’t want us shooting straight because they may end up being the targets if they keep going down the path they’re going. Straight up.
Having the ATF director be a guy who is obviously terrified of guns and very anti 2A is an absolutely horrible and oppressive idea
Exactly what they wanted.
He's a lawyer...enough said.
Hr seems insecure in general and very lacking in confidence regarding his conveyance of gun information.
I don't like marines personally but the atf director should be one.
its because the sitting president appoints the director
so whomever is in power gets to put who they want in charge of what they want to achieve their agenda

I worked in a restaurant. They hired a new manager. By his choice, he first worked 3 days in every position at the restaurant, including dishwasher. He said if he was going to be in charge, he wanted to know about each aspect he was in charge of. ATF should try doing the same thing. BTW, he was a great manager.
I don’t understand why nobody ever talks about the fact that after fighting off a tyrannical English government the people demanded the 2nd amendment before they would ratify the constitution.
And the 2nd is not for hunting!

They're ALL experts at gaslighting!🤪
The firearms 'expert' isn't answering questions with much confidence.
The fact that one of their points is “if it has a stock it’s more tactically more dangerous” means we can have it just without the stock
Yep making something dangerous much harder to control what a wonderful idea.
Without the stock? Less handling? I think he's trying to make us lawful gun owners hit civilians in the crossfire to paint us red when we are trying to defend ourselves. Just a theory though...
It’s funny how they always somehow see "hunting" in the Second Amendment despite it not being there, yet somehow can’t see "shall not be infringed", which IS clearly there…
The 2nd Amendment is about the people protecting themselves from a tyrannical government. If things keep going the way they are. We the people are going to have to do just that.
They bring up hunting while talking and pretending it's about criminals they don't even hide it

I was once looking to see how my toast was coming along.
Just then, the toaster popped off, and the toast hit my eye.
I considered that to be assault, therefore the toaster was a dangerous assault toaster, and I wanted the government to ban it.
But they said, “Don’t be silly, it’s just a toaster.”
Then, I painted the toaster black and retrofitted it with a tactical plug thingy.
The next day a swat team raided my house and confiscated my “extra super scary dangerous tactical assault toaster”.

I wrote a very pointed and lengthy letter to Mr. Dettlebach several months ago, accusing him and the agency he runs of multiple violations of Constitutional rights. Specifically, I questioned under what authority his agency even exists, since it has no Constitutional authority to regulate alcohol, tobacco, or explosives, and is explicitly forbidden from regulating/licensing/restricting firearms in any way. I got no response, as expected.

Agree you need to access guns easier. Your love for school shootings need not stop
Hunting should never come up in a conversation about the second amendment.
Yeah, I don't know why everyone thinks it says " the right to own hunting rifles"...
Hunting is part of the 2nd Amendment. There I just did it.

@@mrsmartypants_1 just so you know and won't say foolish things in the future, Jesus actually proclaimed arms ownership as a vital part of existence due to the right of self defense which God recognized as law.
The statements Jesus made concerning this put it above governmental law, since he did not quantify it to national origin or citizenship, but stated "any man". At the time weapons(swords) ownership was largely restricted by the Roman Empire to Roman citizens only, or those given government permission. Roman protections for citizens was also such that a land owner could slay an imperial soldier on the spot if he caught the soldier stealing crops from his land. The fact that we have a second amendment came straight from the Bible as a check against government.
Next time before you try to boast over the Bible, you might want to actually read it so you understand what you are saying. Every right we have proceeds from God and the Biblical understanding our founding fathers had.

To be clear it is neither about hunting or personal defence .The second ammendment is about the need for states to keep a well organized militia. It says that if you comply with your states militia (rolled into the national guard a few decades ago) you have the right to be issued a weapon to fulfill your duties. That is all it covers if you would like to read it.
They ask that you PAY for the right to be first on a list of gun owners to be forcefully disarmed when the laws allowing them to move forward inevitably pass
This is what Australia did, asked the government to let them PAY to be on a hitlist for when guns are fully banned. Totally legit, legal owners registered in a database at all times that knows all the things you do related to it, you pay for that disgusting privelage and then the people wonder why men won't stop to help a random person being mugged in the street, there's no way we'd take a risk of being stabbed/shot by a criminal with an illegal weapon when we can't own one ourselves let alone defend ourselves.

3:11 😂😂😂😂 you know what else is identical? Tyranny and disarming your populace
Back around 2008 I went to a "town hall meeting" that was really just an anti-gun lecture. They had a police officer say that there was no defensive use for more than 10 rounds. A asked him how many rounds were in his sidearm. He did not know. I told him, from 30 feet away, that it was either a Glock 17 or a Glock 22 and listed the capacity of each. I then said that maybe he shouldn't be carrying a weapon he didn't understand. The Q&A was then ended.
Things were so much worse back then, not that they are all that better now (regarding the knowledge of anti-gunners).

I went to one of the small ATF seminars that they provide for people in the firearms industry. The FBI, ATF, and a I think a USCCA guy were there. The USCCA guy talked about security on the job and it was good, guy was interesting and engaging. The FBI guy talked about resources for workers to contact and that was good, again, interesting and engaging. The two ATF agents would have been better off not talking in anyway shape or form, every word made me think less and less of them and the ATF, they would say "any questions" and not be able to answer one question, and referring almost all to "another department." The head guy for the region looked like he wanted to put us all in jail and sounded angry for the minute that he talked at the podium and then took no questions himself. The ATF people that were there seemed to me to be incompetent but they could have been being purposefully obtuse, they seemed to have really poor social skills too, like scary kind of poor social skills.
