  • In this episode of the Cerebral Palsy and Fitness Podcast, He talks about being on the news as a child ( for being the only kid in the region with CP who participated in yearly Terry Fox runs, (a fundraiser tradition for most schools in Canada) He is also the first male in his province to receive non-cosmetic Botox. Chris has always been athletic athletic despite the CP, in terms of sports and his career as a pro cook, and currently trying to get in good shape by committing time and money to a home gym. There have been a ton of hurdles along the way, but he has never quit and he always continues to keep moving forward. This was such a fun podcast and we had a lot in common!

I have CP either the sad truth is after almost 30 years just know that my case is Cerebral palsy. I lived my life like normal I barely depends on others in my daily life but lately I feel a hard pain on my butt muscles which makes me really stuck at home I can't even walk without a support or something I never felt frustrated till this pain came to me
