      Well spelling errors will happen it doesn't necessarily mean that the individual's education is off-kilter The random person showing up to point it out is most likely off kilter trying to make themselves feel better about being off-kilter.

    When a trip to these restaurants for a family costs the same for almost a week's worth of groceries, it's no wonder they're going bust.

      There comes a time when a company stops trying to please its customers in favour of raising its stock price through any means required.

    • @American-Motors-Corporation
      @American-Motors-Corporation 2 дні тому

      Well that's always been the problem with publicly traded companies but frankly even companies that are privately held even if it's held amongst a series of investors it is still a problem it's just not necessarily as rampant.
      Of course you could have all the customer service in the world that you want but if the price is still too high it's just too high no amount of service makes up for a stupidly high price.

    I used to like Wendy’s and Burger Fi but the last time I went to both, I tried a new option and my blood pressure shot up. At Wendy’s it was breakfast sandwich. At burger fi, it was chicken wings. I stopped going to both. These restaurants have to stop it with all of these food additives and preservatives. I’m talking about all of the restaurants. After feeling ill at so many different restaurants because things like msg, I found it easier to just cook my own food.

      Well yeah I will say that there is that issue but unfortunately corporate America has a lot of folks particularly that of the middle class brainwashed into believing it The pay is adequate in everyone's a lazy dick.
      This is basically how they get away with it The only thing is is I would say they are losing that bad simply because as they continuously drive wages down which oh I've seen a massive decrease in wages My profession which was that of retail management I can certainly say we don't make money anymore this is basically why people on the young end of life as well as the older ones that's been there for a while they don't want management jobs anymore I myself probably fall it somewhere in the middle I'm 39.
      Is it possible to still collect 55,000 a year Yes it is but when you average out all the hours you're going to have to work because they want you to live there then it comes out that you're not really making 50 grand a year what you're getting is basically $11 and something an hour and you're putting in stupid amounts of hours to equal 50 grand or more.
      So it's technically not really worth it some places may have a bit of less hours like it would be possible to only do 40 to 45 hours but you're also going to get somewhere in the neighborhood of 35 to maybe 40,000 a year so basically you could be a manager of a gas station and get maybe 38 to $40,000 on the high end.
      I mean this is it I mean a lot of jobs I've seen go from you know 50 grand a year all the sudden they're now down to 32,000 a year it's fucking crazy but this is whats going on and of course a lot of other jobs are basically the same way even if they pretend to throw you another dollar on the hour they basically slice your hours so you're no further ahead they just threw you the raise as an enticement to stick around.
      Of course I'm not certain there's very many employers that's really honestly trying to entice people to stay most of these joints it's basically a countdown to when you get fired and it's usually over petty horse shit it's like they all take bets on how long you're going to last and of course they're 7 to 10 preferred employees well most likely be the ruination of you.
      I'm in the employers are sadistic and there's a fair amount of coworkers that are basically the same and it doesn't take you long to figure out that that's exactly why they've been there for as long as they've been there except at some point they're bound to get theirs they're not as indispensable as they've been led to believe they're being used as well but once the company is done with them they will be told.
      So you know this is it I mean we don't really make enough to afford even the shittiest of apartments in the fucking get out so you know this is it I mean if we're facing being on the street or in our car or some other out in the open situation what really is the motivation to go work the standardized job there is none.

    Hi, My friends. This whole situation is caused by government taxation and regulation. Local governments continue to raise property taxes on landlord which forces rent increases on restaurants. A real economic collapse is coming to America in 2025 after the election. I hope my fellow US citizens vote carefully in their local, state and federal elections. We need real change in America.

    • @American-Motors-Corporation
      @American-Motors-Corporation 3 дні тому

      Meh, not really I mean they do have a lot of taxes to pay yes however go look at all of the handouts and freebies in the form of tax credits right offset etc that they get.
      And as far as property taxes go well that's a bullshit battle cry most of the time simply because those are on a schedule of 3:00 to 5 years they don't go up every year.

      Don't forget all the easy money, money printing, and low interest rates (which are inflationary). When the cost of living has increased by several-hundred %-age points while at the same time your purchasing power is continuously being eroded, of course the majority of mom and pop shops are gonna have some trouble.
      If everybody could make a decent living, there wouldn't be enough $Billionaires.

    Many of them were going downhill years ago. Stagnant business operations, price not meeting quality.

    • @American-Motors-Corporation
      @American-Motors-Corporation 2 дні тому

      Yeah I will say that a lot of these joints have been the same forever in the day and with that you know the longer you exist as a business well the more people have eaten your products over and over again eventually people get tired of the taste and then when you go and cheapen the taste you go and change flavors and fuck shit up that pisses them off even more and then you go and add price hikes to it well you're just begging to go under That's basically the problem with most of the corporate restaurant environments.
      I mean by now who hasn't had Wendy's probably seven times over now some of the other chains that are mentioned here I could see that they're not necessarily everybody's flavor and that's simply because a lot of those are high priced they've always been high priced it's like for instance five guys some people rave about five guys but when I looked into their prices they can stuff it up their ass.
      So I've never actually had a five guys burger even though we've had one in my town for going on 6 years.
      As far as quality goes well yeah I can say that there is a bit of a quality issue across the board it's not really consistent like it used to be either your sandwich will be put together very sloppily and end up all whopper jawed The biggest problems that I myself have been bitching about for like 17 years is the fact the fucking cheese is never melted anymore so a lot of the times the food is lukewarm at best meaning I have to go home and do the other half of their job by microwaving it it's not worth the price.
      For years I had said that everything at Wendy's is cold and wet and there for a while it really was every damn time I would get a burger it was practically ice cold and it really was damp it's like they just took the buns out of the refrigerator or something or perhaps they thawed and nobody bothered to dab them with a paper towel or anything or they never bothered to throw them under a warmer for a minute
      Of course the Wendy's in my town which I live in Central Ohio it's like they've had off and on again supply issues you show up at the drive-thru and they're talking about how okay so we can't give you this this or this sometimes there's an entire laundry list of shit that they cannot sell you because they claim to be out of it and then other times they're fucking computers are always down so they're cash only which I'm not against cash but there are times where all I do have is my card and so I have to drive to the next one if I want the flavors of Wendy's luckily they're not very far apart so it's not like I have to drive 20 miles.
      Of course that's another thing I think market saturation for many of these brands is another problem.
      And a subway had a big issue with that several years ago where the franchise holders would everywhere they could they would stick up a fucking subway and they were basically putting them on top of each other and so a lot of franchise holders even in my town ended up closing a bunch of them just to space them out but I can say that you know what even Wendy's has that trouble in some areas My town not so much they've always been pretty decently spaced but I know that if you head towards Columbus Ohio they can be rather close in some cases.

    I miss our Denny's. It was unfortunately in a lousy location. Had it been near the Barnes and Noble, I think it would have done better. Our KFC has scrawny chicken pieces and very few side choices so I don't bother going there any more. They can't compete with the Tops grocery store fried chicken which tastes as good as KFC used to and is a lot cheaper. Our other grocery store Wegmans makes subs even better than Subway's for half the price.

    Many of these are closing locations and opening in other locations. If we don't look at how many are being opened, then we get a false sense of the businesses. They morph all over the place, unless they file for Chapter 11 or 13. No tears shed here for most of these. We are so overbuilt with awful food places and terrible service, that one city looks like another with fast food businesses filling the landscape.

      I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of
      information can be a big hurdle. I've been
      making more than $200k passively by just
      investing through an advisor, and I don't have
      to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my
      finances remain secure. So I really don't blame
      people who panic.

    Well believe it or not it doesn't have anything to do with the proverbial $20 an hour that California is forcing these people to pay.
    Just like everywhere else it doesn't have anything to do with the proverbial $15 an hour ..
    So the reason why is because of the hours a lot to each worker fast food for pretty much the past 15 years it's been pretty standard that the common peon is going to get somewhere between 13 and 16 hours and they're going to top out it pretty much 20 hours a shift manager might be able to see 32 hours on occasion but they are commonly cut off at 28 hours so back when you could go to McDonald's and get yourself 40 hours a week the rate of pay was 5 to $7 depending upon the exact year and or general time frame.
    Basically once they got over that hump of about 6:40 an hour McDonald's quit paying $850 an hour then they stuck directly to whatever minimum wage was see at one time in the early 2000s McDonald's was begging for people and they talked about $8.50 an hour and that was back when you could still get 40 hours a week so nowadays you're talking about hardly 13 to 16 hours a week at a proverbial somewhere between 15 or if you're in California $20 an hour sorry you don't get to blame labor try again.

      Did you deliberately leave out the effects of the ACA requirements on businesses with ovet 50 employees????
      Or was it oversight on your part?
      Because the ACA had no impact on the “labor force” and their hours, right???

    • @American-Motors-Corporation
      @American-Motors-Corporation 2 дні тому

      No I didn't purposely leave anything out however that requirement doesn't actually cost the company any money contrary to popular belief basically they're more so just inclined to tell you about insurance they don't actually buy it and give it to you dumbass!
      Basically it's what employers have always done Even small businesses would offer health insurance they just generally didn't promote it because it would be extremely expensive I know this when I was a lawn mower mechanic out of high school in the early 2000s I had asked the small business owner hey do you have insurance and she said yeah we can get it but it's going to be stupidly high like 40 bucks a week.
      So then I said fuck that I'll pay the doctor out of my pocket which is what I did and oh by the way it was cheaper.
      After I closed my businesses down and went to work in corporate management everywhere I have been they talk about how they have health insurance available and then you talk to them via HR and basically what they're doing is they're just sending you to the Obamacare website for shitty fucking policies with $9,000 deductibles That's how they meet that minimum requirement The other requirements it's basically optional as long as they meet the minimum they don't really have to do anymore so there is technically nothing above minimum.
      Basically the whole thing was a grift it was to make stupid people think that the government is actually forcing employers to provide you with something employers complained played along and now they offer less than they ever did because they pretty much route you over to the government website.
      Some employers still actually do offer separate plans that is not the government website however those plans have to be in compliance with the ACA and there's plans there again come with usually high deductibles and or large copays either way you're fucked and that was exactly what it was designed to do it was in the favor of the insurance industry not necessarily you.
      Yes it's true that it is yet more paperwork that the business has to shuffle and I suppose if they're a larger company they may have an extra person that they've since hired oh no it cost them a little more in wages.
      of course they usually don't pay those people shit and or most of the time no they really didn't put in an expansion this is why people within offices and also the HR department bitch continuously they're doing the work of six people so really what they did is they just piled it on to what these people already do.
      So no I didn't leave anything out I just happened to know how it works and I happen to know that no it doesn't really cost your employer anything to tell you about the insurance and then direct you to buy it from the government if they already have an insurance company established then that insurance company puts forth offerings that are in compliance with the government regulations and then you decide whether or not you want to buy it so no it doesn't actually really add anything they're not buying it for you they're not actually forced to pay for your insurance contrary to popular idiotic belief!
      I'm someone who has went years without insurance as a result I made too much money for Medicaid and I can't afford Obamacare or any of the subsequent policies so I just go without insurance!

    I beleave due to inflation, wages had to go up just to try to brake even at home. But so has the cost to even run these shops. From the paper bags to the napkins all prices have gone. Energy and the gut stabing taxes just sealed their coffins. Maybe after Trump gets back in he can STOP or at least slow dowm this failing economy. It all goes back to the cost of energy.
