This hike looks quite eventful. Wow the view from the top of the hike look amazing. The landscapes are quite something, it looks like you are way out in the middle of nowhere. What an adventure.
Omg I wasn’t ready for the singing 😂! But glad you two were in great spirits for the hike! And wow at doing the elevate push up off of the truck before hiking. Impressive!
It was the perfect song for this hike lol. This was my buddies first time hiking with me and he told me how much he loved it. I show people how fun and adventurous it can be.
Really good choice for a duo in one day. I did Marcy 6 times with a camp and Haystack once as part of an upper range hike (Gothics, Saddleback, Basin, Haystack in one day). Amazing what one can do in your 20's. This was all early to late 1960's (1968). No cars. You could park in the lots with plenty of spaces. No reservations for lean tos. They had lean tos at Lake Tear and 4 corners. (Junction of Feldspar loop, Skylight trail, Marcy trail, and trail to Haystack through Panther Gorge.) Took them down in subsequent years. Nice video. Beautiful day.
You guys were really giving it for Miley's song. Seemed like quite the hike and journey to the top - much more challenging than I like my "leisure hikes" to be 🤣Incredible views form the top!
Where did you camp? I was just up there and was looking with my Gladiator. I ran out of time hiking Giant Mountain because I started late and forgot my headlamp.
😂😂 y'all acting like me when I'm on a road trip. Straight up jam out. Digging the off roading drive through the forest. Y'all are some goofy mfers 😆. Ya know I've always wanted a big enough car that I could put a camper tent up top. The area near the lake looks amazing. Like those little falls and the river trek. Man this is a hike I'd love to do. The views from up top are stunning. Scrambling up those rocks, that's what I do a lot here in Acadia. How long was this hike btw? Great job gentlemen.
Beautiful hike and scenery, love it
Was an amazing day

I think we killed this song lol... leisure hikes are always nice but I really love these challenging hikes. Being deep in the woods.
Nice video! I’m planning on taking a trip up there. Where is that spot you went to camp? Looks really nice
A Ranger’s worse nightmare!
@@Hiker3339 why is that?
I did Marcy in 2014 and I did Haystack on October 25th 2023 during my 21 hour hike along with Redfield Gray Peak and Skylight

Again, really wish I knew where this was. Why avoid everyone that asks this in all your videos?
Sorry I don't share my ADK spots. I go there alot and next thing you know people are in them when I show up again
You guys see any bears ?
Never up that way yet
