You know...just because Batman is amazing in the DC universe doesnt mean anything if he is stuck in a world where he has no idea who he is up against. He would know nothing about Wesker's powers and even if he did..Batman wins through defeat, extensive research, then creates gadgets to compensate for all possible contingencies. With that said...Wesker is ruthless, calculating, and extremely powerful. As much as I adore and pretty much worship the dark knight, He would lose this fight..and it is highly unlikely Wesker would give someone like Batman the opportunity to get away

What?...where did you get that idea? If you've ever seen Batman fight people who are stronger then him, he often runs and escapes and does extensive research on his opponents and finds ways to match their power. He doesnt get stronger..he gets educated.

You assuming that Wesker could find information on Batman as easy as Batman could on Wesker or the Umbrella Corp. Now if this fight took place in Gotham..There would be no information on Wesker for Batman could use except from evidence of the fight if he would manage to get away. But if this fight was taken place on Raccoon City Batman would easily access the information he needed but would lack things like the batcave to created weapons to fight back.
-Batman has a giant portrait of his parents in his mansion, he is constantly reminded.
-Wesker often wants to fight people without the distraction of others unless it was completely needed that he hold a hostage if any could be found in the area.
-Why would Alfred be there? As for Nightwing...I'll give you a point for that,but Wesker is more then capable of taking 2 costumed heroes.
-Batman does have ways to combat chemical warfare

1: Unlike Superman, Wesker was not holding back.
2. Batman is just a human with no powers. No plan can get around that fact.
True, so Chris>Batman I guess. But even so, those were some specific circumstances hardly comparable to the arena brawl we see here. Also, he had help.

Wow, its been a while since i played RE5 but i remember at that time Wesker was the ultimate badass. Super strength, speed, sense, ambidexterity, durability etc.
And whats cool about him is that he knows just how powerful he is so he's always walking slowly and menacing towards you. Remember when you shot him with magnum five times in the head it takes all of Chris R. power to punch him to the ground.

Secondly the reason why they actually best him is because he infected himself with Uroboros in anger to kill Chris,who he hated with every fiber in his body. Stripping him of his abilities in favor of pure unmatched strength. It was foolish of him because Uroboros' main weakness is fire. So he was swimming in Lava,infected with a virus that has a weakness to fire. While also holding onto the helicopter that has Chris and Sheva in it. Do your research please.

This is what would happen if Batman took on a superhuman that had no comic book weakness, wasn't stupid enough to be manipulated and lacked some pathological desire to let him live. It's the same reason Spider-Man and Iron Man would probably beat Batman.

Batman is one of the strongest unaugmented men alive. Slightly stronger than the world's strongest real man. Though my issue with this fight is batman didn't take his advantage. Dude is literally stealthy enough to sneak past superman. Wesker wins in open combat
@@SephirothXValentine Agreed. If given enough prep, Batman may be able to do something and take Wesker down, but yes, in an open, straight up fight, Wesker turns him to mush. Batman had no time in this bout to use any stealth; and even if he managed to somehow, unless he has Wesker's serum to overdose him with, his stealth will be useless because he'll have no method of actually hurting Wesker.

First of all, this is a "no research scenario" so people shouldnt be that butthurt about the outcome.
Second, Batman relies on previous knowledge and preparations to have a chance against many superhuman oponents.There is no way he can subdue Wesker with his standard equipment and no knowledge of his abilities.
Third, Chris is a top BSAA agent, so was Sheva, and they used serum to weaken Wesker's speed. In order of using said serum they had to use rocket launchers and field advantage to make Wesker vulnerable for just brief moments. From any angle you see it, defeating Wesker (or even attempting to weaken him) is no walk in the park.
Thank you, if batman did his research like he always does then yes, he would beat Wesker. But he didn't and Wesker wouldn't play with batman like he does with Chris. Overall it's a one minute fight.
In all honesty, this is exactly how an encounter between these 2 would play out with or without research

Don't get me wrong but I'm sure it's been confirmed that he has enough force to punch ten men fifty feet. Not only that, but in the game he can throw a military missile javelin style which means he can lift much much more since a javelin throw doesn't require much strength at all. Not to mention his durability is insane. He's taken a nuclear strike! I remember it in an older game when he was standing in the middle of an umbrella facility in Antarctica, and Chris Redfield was flying away in a jet. His speed, strength, durability, skills too! This is a stomp. Come on. Who could actually try to argue Batman could win unless they are a fanboy?

So wait, we have Batman/Bruce Wayne who isn't exactly smart but more logical, giving him exceptional strategical skills. He learned and mastered a few martial arts. He has tons of gadgets that weren't even designed to kill. He was beaten by a wrestler on venom.
Now we have Albert Wesker, a mastermind with the knowledge of any decent S.T.A.R. Member and the strategic experience to carry him through almost any battle he's been in, having survived every defeat he's had except for Resi 5 which required two special agents (One having survived zombie apocalypses like they were nothing for about 4 games), a buttload of bullets lodged firmly into his cranial, a boulder crushing him under lava and an RPG to top it all off.

To be fair; he was beaten by a wrestler on Venom after 10 straight days of non-stop fighting against some of his most difficult villains in an outbreak from Arkham engineered by Bane for the sole purpose of wearing him down. Basically Bane didn't want to fight him straight up.

Still, I think the closest Batman's come to fighting someone like Wesker (In his own series that is.) Is Ra's Al Gul, I think.
But what I'd like to have seen is Albert Wesker vs Doctor Doom. Both are incredibly smart and logical, both can use magic, both have incredibly amazing voices.
Either that or Darth Vader and Dr Doom.
Batman beat superman so this should be nothing. Batman was only able to win because, he does research on his enemies before facing them. I think if this was researched Batman would have easily won for he looks up these things. And he can lift like 1000 pound weights.

If this were the JLA Batman, he still probably would have lost because Death Battles focus on what the character would do if they were put into a fight with no knowledge of each other.
Also, Albert Wesker can lift a lot more than 1000 pounds. In fact, i'm pretty sure he's ripped open automatic doors (With the crushing force of about 500 pounds per door) With ease.
Basically, to approach Wesker head-on without any sort of plan or strategy (Which aren't aloud in Death Battles) Is suicide unless you're as powerful as Superman, Sentry, The Hulk or hell, even Goku could beat the guy in terms of strength.

Maybe with knowledge about the T-Virus. Maybe with knowledge about Weskers abilities. Chris does keep up with Wesker in hand to hand(if your any good at the countering in RE5 and Batman is good at countering and adjusting to "Super Powered" foes) so its feasible that Batman would put up a fight in a random encounter...but win? Not uh...not likely.
Not to mention some people in the comments bring up Superman and how is this so mismatched if Batman can stand toe to toe with him? Well, let's see here. Superman is a good guy, every fight that Batman "won" it was with a Superman either holding back, Batman had a fuckton of help, or he tricked Superman getting the desired result(Hush, he had Catwoman throw Lois Lane off of the Daily Planet to snap Kal-El out of mind control right before Batman was about to be crushed...with a car). Now we have a super-speed guy who has superhuman strength and no qualms about putting his hand through your chest. So, yeah. Wesker and Supes are two different entities for Batman to fight entirely.
Now do you see a difference? Batman had no shot.

Negro Please Yes, Chris did have Sheva's help. Also, he did use a gun. I still think Batman's knowledge, training, and experience against super powered foes would let him put up a fight and make up for the lack of support.
The overdose came in the second fight, and that's the reason Chris and Sheva (along with a couple of rockets and some lava) won.
Regardless, Batman putting up a fight does not equal winning. Straight up random encounter that Batman doesn't tuck tail and run from Wesker well...see "no qualms about putting hand through your chest"

Johanna Okiedokie Being a survivor doesn't guarantee he'll win everything. Can he survive other humans or being stranded alone in an island with no tech whatsoever? yes. Ca he survive beings who are faster, stronger, smarter, more agile, more durable, more capabilities? No. It doesn't matter if he prepped. Preparation doesn't guarantee a victory. Especially if his opponent gives him little to no time to actually do what he planned.
He's taken out plenty of super powered beings. Even without prep time. Wesker was just one of those beings that Batman couldn't beat.

Actually, I think a pretty decent fight, both thematically and as a match-up, would be Albert Wesker vs. Blade. Both resourceful, superhuman martial artists with powers from the monsters in their stories without actually being the monster themselves. They seem about the same power level as well. At least closer than Wesker vs Batman.

I don't really think that an Enderman would stand much chance in that fight, mainly since an enderman is sorta 'live and let live' as long you don't make eye-contact, while Slendy's only reason for living seems to be stalking and murdering. also, there's the gulf in survivability, where an Enderman can be taken down by a simple iron sword while Slenderman has survived being run over, being shot, and being set on fire, all without even the slightest reaction.

my problem with death battle is that it's only accurate by their rules. For instance in ryu V.S scorpion they allowed scorpion to teleport into the nether realm, which wouldn't even exist in the capcom universe. and in zelda V.S peach they used a calculation based on real life objects to determine the strength of peaches mega-strike, which is flawed because there is no way of knowing whether or not the ball is split by sheer force or magic. in batman V.S captain america they not only used a relatively weak version of cap (some non-canon games rank cap with hulk in strength) and the setting played a large part in batmans stealth ability. also bat's has been beaten by people of superior strength before. in Shao kahn V.S M. Bison they considered that M. Bison might not be able to posses a non-standard other-worldly body, but didn't consider that Kahn might no be able to consume a non-standard other-worldly soul. in blanka V.s pikachu they stated that electric types are resistant to steel types, but blanka isn't a pokemon. in vegeta V.s shadow they mentioned that vegeta could take a beating, but they ommited the shadow could just disintegrate vegeta. all this isn't to say that death battle is inaccurate, but rather it's only as accurate as it can be by their rules and judgement. the version of the character they use would probably defeat the version of it's opponent in the setting they designate, but there are several versions of fictional characters, and a vast selection of fictional arenas.

Hi Raam You bring a fair point. I don't know much about Wesker, but I do know that Batman's stealth is unmatched (by normal humans, anyway), allowing him to easily hide and analyze his opponent. Unless Wesker has some kind of super sense (like the spider-sense) I don't think he can counter that.

He just isn't killed because he is a main character. He often has to form a plan and confront the villain a second time to win. Batman CAN win, but ONLY if he knew about Wesker and what he could do BEFORE the fight. If he has enough time to plan for it, then he might be able to win. But since he couldn't have been able to plan for Wesker, he couldn't win.
This is the only way for Batman to be able to beat anyone, even Superman. Without a plan, or kryptonite, then Superman could kill him in seconds.
And yes, I'm saying Superman would beat Batman, as long as he's fully trying to kill him (he usually holds back when he fights, and he is friends with him. Kinda hard to really fight against a friend, you know?).

Bane is a strong example of this, as the only reason Batman won during the rematch and everything after is only because this was when the drug Bane uses began to go bad and affect his mind for him as the writers decided to do. Riddler is also one of Batman's most intelligent rivals and has out planned Batman more times than Batman has with the Riddler, though Batman is clearly the better fighter. Also, Tim Drake has at times outdone him in prep time and even Joker has managed to get the best of him. Another issue is Wesker is a tactical genius,and one of the greatest minds in fiction. He's been manipulating the scenes of Resident Evil since the beginning, and has singlehandedly outsmarted and outmatched Umbrella for many years, and that organization is made of the most skilled and tactical hunters in the series, like Jill Valentine.

This is a true deal. Wesker would never waste his time against someone like Batman. He would've just killed him instantly if he could. Wesker's fingers are just as strong as a Sword Blade; one cut and you're done.
Chris Redfield would've won against Batman too. Chris has extensive armor that is stronger than Batman's and even if Batman used the batarangs, Chris will think it's like a normal knife cut (which Chris has taken about 20 or so cuts from RE5) and keep going.
If we were to add Leon Scott Kennedy to this instead of Wesker or Chris, it would still be the same. Leon has been fighting for a while and Leon isn't superhuman, doesn't have any fancy gadgets, nor does he do anything special, but help fight against terrorists.
Any RE Character could've beaten Batman (Main Characters like Wesker, Leon, Jill, and Chris) with a little to no problem. It's just a fact.
I really doubt it, since Batman has beaten guys that are more powerful than any of the main characters. The only reason why Batman would lose to Wesker when the others did not, is because Wesker would not play with him as he did with others. Not to mention that the main characters could only beat Wesker by teaming up against him, and make use of his weaknesses (which Batman didnt have the luxury to use here). So Batman with prep time and his more powerful equipments would be enough to fight off Wesker, but only if Wesker doesnt have any prep time, or decides to play around with him (which were the same conditions the RE characters had when they beat him).

Chris and Leon also are crafty when they fight opponents.

Also, Batman does have some equipments which might make a difference if they ever fight. So I think that Wesker can only beat a prepared Batman, if he has had prep time himself and doesnt decide to wait with the killing blow for his sadistic amusement.

I still actually enjoy this fight. And since this is no prep then most definitely Wesker wins. But I do agree with other comments: this isn't a Batman fight, because not only he walks into this fight with no prep on Wesker, but as well to fight a villian who won't hesitate to kill quickly. Batman may bench 1000lbs but he can't punch or kick through folded steel used for missiles. Batman's joints would hurt from punching Wesker, just as you see Chris shaking off the pain when he tries his punches. Batman's no kill rule is also preventing him from taking Wesker down, and Wesker has taken some mortal wounds and survived. Batman on the spot is not equipped tactically or physically against brutally efficient foes, such as Mutant Leader (although not canon) or Deathstroke (canon, although he let Batman live). En fin, if Bats must fight without prep then metahumans like Wesker are not what you want. Especially if you're a crazy Batfan (thank goodness that ain't me XD ) cheers

Dead Man in Wonderland lacked plot, character development, and actions and Rurouni Kenshin was the dullest piece of shit I've ever seen. Also death note was only semi-good but only because they killed Lawliet, that guy was a piece of shit. Second Season was also way better.

True, Batman can take nearly anyone with prep, but he also is great improvising, and if he is able to catch Impulse and hit flash without any aditional equipment or being ready for that, he can outsmart and predicts Wesker movements.

in the Resident Evil series Wesker took a drug that makes him into a invincible badass(not the exact words in the game but basically what they said.) And his only two weaknessess is that he has too take the drug every few hours(or days or mins i forget which) to keep his strength and that if he over doses then he becomes helpless. Even quick thinking can't out do plot convienience and stuff like that. right?

Fun fact: when weskers sunglasses are off it means he is now angry
