Inheritance In Odoo || Add or Remove Fields From Existing Odoo Modules

Hi Bro. I have a reloadable card which I want to inherit into payment method and use to pay tendered amount. Once the amount balance reach the remaining amount, I will be able to get statement of account transaction to billed or used, can you help me how can I inherits from payment method and sales order . Many2one transaction on the card. Thanks
