rsiloju The building where we were holding the event had drop ceilings with tiles that are supported by steel grids (like a common classroom or office). The magnets attached to the metal frame and therefore the balloons hung from the ceiling.

Yes, you can use any size clear balloons. These are 5" clear that I ordered online. They will come in looking beige but when blown up, they are clear.
