This guy contradicted himself a million times.
Yes you do need money to be a freemason, then he says no you don't.

@Cyber Hermit The truth is, to be a Freemason, you must be able to afford the fees for membership. You are also expected to be able to give to charity and that's in a structured way, not just throwing a coin in a collecting tin, so it would be inappropriate for a poor man, struggling to support his family, to be a Mason.
That said, you do not need to be very rich... just comfortable. For example, the men in my Lodge have very different backgrounds and jobs. We have a Neurosurgeon who is very well off.. and a man who makes pizzas for a living, on minimum wage. Both are honourable men and that is all that matters. If all goes according to schedule, the man that makes Pizzas should be the Master of the lodge in three years time. The man who is the Neurosurgeon, five to six years.

@@TheRealist2022 Are freemasons diverse when it comes to racial and religious backgrounds? Just curious. What about on higher and highest levels?

One must be of a charitable nature and it’s from that nature that one is internally tested..for example, lets say it’s the pizza delivery man and he is confronted with the presentation to donate in the moment to a certain charity that the Masons or the lodge view as worthy and in need of financial support..in that moment does he say to himself, I will only give $10 dollars because I want to buy a new car and I will need money for that, or does he say to himself..while I would like to buy a new car and I recognized that charity at home is important, in this instance, my charity goes to this present reauest.
This is a test and when constantly repeated, it will serve to align one’s self to the elements of the higher good, of which by participating in one becomes.

Very interesting interview. I just wonder about the subject of a criminal record and "honourable person" status? We all know of people wrongly accused or laws that are unjust and laws being revoked. We also know of apparently honourable people being caught engaging in dishonourable conduct. Alan Turing comes to mind. Although credited with cracking the enigma code and thus hastening the end of WW2 and being the "father of computing", he was convicted of "gross indecency" due to his being apprehended in a public convenience when he was engaged in an (at the time) unlawful homosexual act. He was chemically castrated as a result. Now he posthumously received an official apology and has been honoured by having his image on a British banknote. Why are there no women masons? Would Turing have been allowed to join? Are open homosexuals allowed to join? Does honourable here just mean "conventional"or "not found out yet"?

Always charity they fall back on, as a reason for being, just a cover sure they raise money but they are looking after each other first, sorry this guy is at it like they all do, cover up.
