      Everyone seems to complain about the bubble craps machines - it's rigged, it goes too fast, it never has long rolls, it's too random, it killed my dog. I'm rare in that I usually win on them. But beware! The newer bubble machines are limiting and taking away some of the small betting angles a player can make. There's a great bubble machine in downtown Reno that has 4x odds, doey don't, $5 min $300 max, hedging on the don't come, etc. It's the best I've seen. The point is, shop around for the best bubble machine just as you should shop around for the best blackJack game.

    I've never won big at table craps. As a matter of fact, I tend to hit cold tables almost every time in Vegas. Bubble craps however is low pressure, much slower, more time time to plan a strategy and way more fun to play the dark side. My last session at NYNY started with my last 60.00 for the day and ended 4 hours later with 850.00. Good times ! Headed down to Vegas tomorrow for 5 days.

    Can you tell me how the ratios work if I wanted to scale down the dont pass to around 10-15 dollars. What would the field and place bets look like

    • @CSLintheCASINO
      @CSLintheCASINO  5 років тому +2

      Depends on the table/machine minimum bet. At $5 min, then you should only place $6 on each 6 & 8 ($12 total) and $3 on field. If it’s a $1 min, then you can spread it as you want between field, 5, 6, & 8.
      Remember with any iron cross strategy, the place bets must match or exceed the field bet. This ensures that each roll is a win (except 7 or the point if hedging with Don’t Pass). THANK YOU FOR WATCHING & COMMENTING HOOCHMANOFF!!

    This is a great strategy, my only addition would be on the come out roll I'll put $2 dollar 11 and $4 dollar any seven to alleviate the sting.

      I tired that a few times too, but when the point comes quickly it sucks because the hedges all lost and eats into profits, which you don’t get on a short roll. I’m reducing my hedges big time going forward

    On the machine you are playing in this video, how would you set up a low roller $10 iron cross? Field -$1, 5- $2, 6 & 8- $3 each. 9 total. Leaves a little profit (I think) on the 7 (place $10 here on don’t pass). The last few trips to my casino the damn machine won’t roll 7s. I had a 15 roll and I think an 18 roll back to back before the 7 came out. Totally insane. Anyways, best $10 Iron Cross? Please & Thank you brother!

  • @chroniccrypto5621
    @chroniccrypto5621 4 роки тому

    So your starting strategy is very close to mine except I don't play the field. I put $80 on don't pass and depending on how I'm shooting that day I'll cover it with $20 on any 7 and $5 on 11 on the come out roll. Then place $10 on the point or $12 if it's 6&8 then triple the point, and put $10 across every number, then $2 on 11, and $1 on 3, 2, 12. I've been practicing it on my table and I'm up to 963 from $500 in 10-15 rounds. Was shooting 21 numbers before 7 then yesterday I rolled 10+ 7s in a row.

    This is amazing, had no idea you could play iron cross while playing don’t [im new at this still]. In my local casino craps tables are 15 min or 25 min so bubble craps it is for me until i master the whole thing. While playing don’t iron cross, how much can you expect to win? Or is this a short game strategy?

    • @CSLintheCASINO
      @CSLintheCASINO  2 роки тому +1

      Keep in mind that craps is a “negative expectation” game. The house will always have an edge over the player.
      Also, don’t fall for the “dice control/influencing” nonsense.
      All strategies ought to be “short game” in so much as you should stop when you hit your “win goal”. The exception might be if you’re using a pressing strategy and it’s an extra long roll.
      Mathematically, the longer you play, the more likely you are to lose.

    Can you explain why you “place” the 5, 6, & 8 instead of buying them? Does it really make a difference?

    • @CSLintheCASINO
      @CSLintheCASINO  Рік тому +1

      It’s best to “place bet” the 6 & 8 and “buy bet the 4, 5, 9, & 10 on bubble craps. This is because bubble craps pays to the penny. The buy bet is true odds minus 5% commission (often called the vig). That ends up being more for buy bets on the 4,5,9,10 compared to a place bet. For example:
      5 or 9 place bet of $100 pays $140.
      5 or 9 BUY bet of $100 pays $142.50
      4 or 10 place bet of $100 pays $180.
      4 or 10 BUY bet of $100 pays $190.
      For the 6&8, the place bet pays more than a buy bet.

    More rookie questions- why did you choose 34 for the don’t pass bet? If 34 is the correct #, how do you know how much to place on the 5,6 and 8? Looks like 5 always goes in the field but I don’t understand the 34 and the place bets that accompany it. Can you explain? Thanks!

    • @CSLintheCASINO

      Welcome to the craps community on UA-cam Sonny! Unfortunately, you cannot do what you are asking. A Pass Line bet cannot be cancelled once the point is set (ON period).

    One more question- if 34 is too rich for me, is there another amount you can use in the don’t pass and still profit? If so, what would the field and place bets be? This afternoon I did this, not sure if it was the right way to play: 3 on don’t for come out roll. If I survived that, put 2 in don’t pass odds. 1 in field. Place 1 on the 5,6,8 (if the point was a 5, a 6 or an 8 i did not place 1 there). When the point was 4 as an example, the field covered the 4 so I placed 1 on 5,6 and 8 so literally every # won something. Not quite sure if this was smart but I wanted to start small before playing 34 in the don’t pass on come out roll. Maybe there is a way to put 20 in don’t pass instead of 34? Love this video and I love playing like this, just need to understand the #s and where to put the correct amounts. Thank you my brother for this video👍🏻

    • @CSLintheCASINO
      @CSLintheCASINO  2 роки тому +1

      The idea is to have the DP amount match the iron cross amount so that when the seven comes, you break even, keeping your winnings from the previous rolls.
      If you’re using DP odds, then it’s a little more complicated. In that case, you want the winnings from the seven to match the amount of your iron cross.

    At 6:12 why can't you cancel the don't pass? you should be able to remove a don't at any time. I play don't pass while hedging with 7 and 11 for protection on the come out. And sometimes I will pull down the don't pass if the point is 6 or 8. But I noticed the machine stopped letting me take down my dont's after a while. Interesting

      No reason to cancel the bet if it is a 6 or 8 and you don't want it. Just place the same amount and you will win more if the 6 or 8 hits before the 7 and get your money back if the 7 hits first. Not much of an advantage, but you shouldn't give it up. Same with buying the 5/9 rather than placing, every little bit helps.

      Thank you for watching & commenting Jacob Roldan!! It really sucks that my local got rid of bubble craps. Now I have to twice as far to play (about 2 1/2 to 3 hour drive!). You have a good eye about the 4 & 10 buys. Another viewer told me that bubble craps takes the vig as a percentage regardless of the bet. Therefore, any size bet works and you don’t have to go up to $25. ACTUALLY, on bubble craps, you should also always buy the 5 & 9 as well. Same concept. $5 buy pays $7.13, rather than just $7 for a place bet on 5 or 9. Good luck on your next casino trip Jacob!!

So, I just focus on the past history to determine the lines to bet on. 4 line bets pays 2:1. I'm still trying to refine it but check out the one vid I did called Fun with "chasing the numbers" where I made $530 I think in 4 min. Again, still testing and will start here live soon. I'll put $50 on each line and nail it for two spins in a row for a quick $100 and get our of dodge. Again, that has an 80% chance of hitting. Therefore, 2 out of 10 sessions is a loss. That's my fav. Hit it and RUN is my motto. On one trip I cleared $2k hitting the strip and down town one casino after another. good times. To me, it's a winner but the initial put out is a bit nerve racking. The lines I play are the most even coverage of the wheel on any spin.

      @@CSLintheCASINOI am discussing bubble craps of course. Hey if you were able to determine that one die was coming up more often then probability would indicate then you'd have a huge edge. Say it was a 1 that was showing up more then 1 in 6 to like 3 in 6 or even 2 in 6 times, you could hop every number combo 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, 1-5, 1-6. You'd make a killing! I bet there are people that have tracked the 'rolls' on these machines over several days or weeks to see how they are going.

It's exposure to bank roll. 50% of the exposure to your bankroll is wrapped up in that DP bet. I know you know the math, and there is a huge difference between the benefits of the DP when the point is 4/10 vs. when it is 6/8. With your idea of pulling the DP once you've recouped the initial exposure to bankroll in essence you are just as profitable with half the risk, and thats a good thing
