    Thanks for this!!!
How does the cinetreak switcher receive the video signal?
Is it through the network Ethernet cable or do I need a HDMI cable for the PTZ's video signal?

The video signal is via hdmi, I’m using Ethernet to control PTZ movement, zoom etc.

Please make a video about how to connect PTZ Camera to PTZ Joystick in Cinetreak Cinelive. I'm very confused to solve that problem in my church. Thanks a lot 🙏🙇‍♂

All you do is connect both to the network and enter the cameras ip address into the switcher for control. There are so many different cameras available a video would be specific to my cameras.

    Hey there. Nice video.
But I just got my first ptz camera and I have this cinelive c1 and for some reason I can’t seem to control the ptz with the c1. Any idea why? What are the baddie things I need to trouble shoot to get it to work?
I have connected a lan line to the ptz camera and I also have a lab line going to c1.
Do I need to set the ptz camera ip address to what the c1 says? Or do k need to set the c1 ip address to what the ptz camera says ?
The ip address are slightly off and I tried adjusting the ptz camera ip address and still no luck being able to control the ptz camera from the c1 switcher.

      Thank you.
Ideally you’ll want to run both network connections into a router which will assign your ip addresses for you using the dhcp setting, your camera should have dhcp enabled from the factory and you can enable that in the C1 network menu. If it’s still not working check you have set the cameras Visca port number to match the C1 (I can’t check the port number as my C1 is out on hire atm), again this will be in the cameras settings page. The camera should generate a web interface so you can make the necessary changes, to get to it connect the PTZ to your router or a switch and then type the cameras ip address into a web browser. I hope that helps.

@@VideoColServices ok thanks for the reply. After some trial and error I was able to get the c1 switcher to control the ptz camera.
      I appreciate the reply.
      Thank you
