The young man with the braids got a Whitney Houston Jawline and mouth. J remember seeing some study about the shape of her mouth and how her jaw line and cheeks allow more space for air than the average person. So she can belt out notes in such a unique manner. HE GOT IT!!
You are a fantastic educator. I really appreciate how you help us to identify what we are hearing. Giving us the ability to Listen more intentionally. All of these Singers brought their own magic to their renditions. I would Love to hear Callie Day take on the challenge, she certainly could sparkle on those notes too. Bravo 👏🏾💗✊🏾
Ooooohh, that 1st one was CLEEEAN! 🙌🏼 ❄ Her voice only slightly cracked on the last note and that was the only mistake. Her head voice was the way it's supposed to be sang as is in the song because it's more of a background and is a Siren call. #SHEDIDTHAT 👏🏼

Arabic music has such gorgeous microtones . The scale is very different than Western musical scales . She does this beautifully .
