    @AJ11JON3SY Hey, I am 17 myself and i started working out at 14. You can train at your age, just don't do heavy overhead movements like military press and stuff like that.
    And do not train like Yates did in this video HIT is not good for you, you can start doing HIT when you are like 18, just stick to lower weights and 8-12 reps.
    Whey Protein is the only supp you will need, maybe later creatine.
    Use the Whey postworkout. But the majority of your Protein should come from whole foods

    it's called HIT.you only do 1 set of heavy ass weights till failure and before that,remember to do warmup set.search dorian yates and chris cormier legs.you will know how hard it is

    so i dont get it... where does he fit in traps? i've watched all the videos, i noticed he does a little on the upperback, mid traps... but no shrugs etc?

    • @robertaguilera4016
      @robertaguilera4016 2 роки тому +1

      Typically he doesn't do rear felts on shoulder day and instead does shrugs. Almost ever video I've watched with dorian he does it that way

  • @eliteman58
    @eliteman58 11 років тому +5

    One set to failure works only if you contnue to get stronger every workout. If you are squating 500# and still have small squads. That only proves you need to get even stronger to get bigger. Intensity, not volume, is the deciding factor.

    • @eliteman58
      @eliteman58 Рік тому

      @oldskoolbodybuildingroutin7178
      Explain why when I went back to 1 set training. I made the best results ever.
      When I was doing 3 heavy sets per exercise, sometimes 4. I got weaker, and all my measurements went down.
      OH, THAT'S RIGHT, YOU CANT EXPLAIN IT.
      You just crap on a logical training system.
      PUT SOME PICTURES UP OF YOUR CURRENT PHYSIQUE OR SHUT UP. Let's see you doing 200 on tricep pushdowns and 115 on EZ bar overload extensions. I might also mention that all my lifts are very controlled negative. Not to mention, all lifts get stronger every workout, and I'm gaining size like crazy.
      YOU'VE JUST BEEN SCHOOLED.

    Hey there, have you tried "Musclegends" (search on Google)? On their website you will find a good free video showing the right way to pack on notable muscles fast. It made it easier for Brandon to overcome his body building stagnation and pack on chiseled lean body mass without fat very quickly. I hope it will help you also.

    Hi, have you considered "Musclegend" (look on Google)? On their website you will find a smart free video explaining the way to pack on visible lean muscle fast whilst burning unwanted fat simultaneously. Christian is one of the countless men which experienced good success because of this technique. I hope it helps you also.

    its really not that serious bud....jus jump back into the exercise as soon as u feel lik u can jus about finish another set but dont let urself get too comfortable before u get back in it

  • @shenkeey
    @shenkeey 11 років тому

    Actually, it's supposed to be good for you; if it's not, it's not due to the shoulder press but due to another shoulderproblem.

    This is confusing though, why does his working set vary from 6-8 reps to 8-10 reps to 10-12 reps? At 8:00 it said do 10-12 and then it totally said 8-10 after

      @orangeclawhammer777 my current standard bench press work out is 3x sets of 10 reps at 60kg. I feel i can do these sets comfortably. Does this mean if i started going by Dorians method i should be treating the first 2 sets as "warm ups" and upping the weight to maybe 70-80kg on the last set for 6-8 reps (failure) on the last set? (With a spotter obviously)

    not to argue with a 6x Olympia champion! But ive never really heard of doing 1 working set for mass! Theres no way he won his titles by doing 1 hard set for each muscle. maybe i missed something and this is about form and tips and they go away and do 3/4 sets

    • @ericscheerer4138
      @ericscheerer4138 3 роки тому +1

      He did multiple exercises, but one hard set for each exercise. Always to failure and usually beyond, no need to do multiple sets that way since you would just be needlessly taxing the muscle.
