I have done my due diligence and am now officially an EggiesVR subscriber o7
I drove my 68 Ford Fairlane from Nanaimo to Windsor. I dropped down into Chicago towards Detroit in December in 1993 😎
Almost thought the trip was going to come to an abrupt ending! Dam Mikey be careful buy those highways 😂🤣🕊☮️🕊
You're taking the phrase "Ride'em don't hide'em" to another level
😂 mike have been hiding those cars for over 40 years 😂
Old cars are like old guys, we get better with age !!!!
MATT you do a great job. The way you film and edit makes us feel like we are with you..so glad you made it to utube...KEEP BEING YOU!!
Saw a pristine Chevelle passing through Morley Flats in a wicked snowstorm. I thought it could only be the Rust Bros. Glad y'all made it safe.
The joys of driving the prairies in the winter,👍🇨🇦
While it may not have been good conditions, I am at least glas they didn't get the worst.
I spent the entire day tracing melted wires on a 30 year old loom and now I can unwind with the latest update from my favourite rust collectors! Love you guys keep it up
Hey Mike, This is just another crazy story in the life of Mike that'll be shared with your grand kids someday about how Grandpa Mike and his buddies drove across Canada in the winter in his '68 Chevelle 😂
That was you guys!!! Y’all passed me on the highway between gull lake and swift!
Cool as fudge!! 👌 using ur baby the way it should b used Mike hard-core old school! Drive safe the bro crew
Holy lord lifting beep! Picked a great time to travel! Drive to arrive alive bros! Nice relatives (enjoy those pickles and don't show Avery)lol bless you all!
Awesome. There can’t be too many people driving across the Prairies ,in winter, in a ‘68 Chevelle.
Hi Mike, Well I hope you enjoyed the drive. I miss driving. Going on a road trip was a fun thing to do. This was work I'm sure. Meeting fans is a necessary evil and probably not too bad a way to spend a weekend. Try and enjoy the drive. Take care.
It's nice to show the southerners what we go through every day in the winter lol. Awesome stuff fellas. Drive safe.
Did that trip one Christmas in my 76 Grand Prix and the breaker at the motel in Hearst,Ont. kicked out for the block heater at -45C. Big fun most of the next day getting it going.
Only day 2, Blair needs to cheer up. Epic trip lads 😊
Thanks for bringing a lot of laughs while watching the video! Bless your hard work!
Awesome showing your trip along the way
You guys are pioneers, astronauts, trailblazers ! You've made it unscathed, across the great prairies, with an ultra-rare muscle car, in mid -winter. You know most people wouldn't go out in the rain with a car like that, right ? 🙂I know, I've busted your chops about this before but I'm a big fan. You guys seem to open-up your lives to us in an honest way. Looking forward to the ride ahead, Pierre from Montreal 👍
Glad to see the mustang has a new home and I can’t believe Mike almost got hit
Great stuff, Ive been working as a certified mechanic since mid 1970's, i im same age as these lads
its does my heart good to see the comradery of the shop and the good friendship of Mike and Avery
true friends can be a rare and precious thing,
working on old cars can be quite a rewarding adventure
when youve got the right crew, Rust Bros has a good, crew, i find it grounding and peaceful to watch this crew in the same
type of work ive been in for 50 years or so,
Great Stuff, peace & love - Andy Mc

Here in southern Ontario, it’s been a surprisingly nice winter! I feel cold just watching you guys!

I love that 68 Mustang, my first car was a 68 Mustang red and white top convertible, great job restoring it. Thank you for bringing us along your road trip. I hope my hometown of Toronto was good to all of you. Safe travels!

Crazy stuff....you guys are troopers
Really enjoy your guy's videos hopefully many more to come.
These guys are a hoot, the kind of people you would definitely want to hang out with 😂😂😂😂😂.
@ 17:40 Nothing like the boys pulled over on the side of the TransCanada highway and running and sliding back and forth on their feet because that's what you do when the highway is icey haha Mike sliding on his feet towards that transport in the passing lane 😂
I absolutely love road trips. The longer the better.
I had the same Hurst shifter in a '73 camaro. Nothing like it. It produces a very audible
" Clink " every time it goes into gear. When you have it in hand, it's like a direct connection the the engine. Great vid guys !
Love this youtube show. Easily a favorite program.
You made the online news in Sudbury Ontario, Sudbury Star. I read about the trek into Toronto with the challenges. Enjoy your visit.
Great Road Trip Content ! ~ Rock On !!
Great vids guys, keep safe x

Have a Safe Trip the rest of the ways boys that gal got herself a nice little mustang!

Have a great time Mike
Well, I am glad you made it to Swift Current without any major incidents.
I finally got to watch mustang delivery Yay! 👍
One heck of a drive sounds like you all are lost and confused the Canadian way lol🇨🇦💪🏻
Those roads covered in black ice are slicker than greased owl shit 😂
I spotted a nice ring Mike😄
The mustang is looking good ,been watching you all walk round it for a while😂
Love it 🎉 good video dudes
You guys are the best, jese. Is the heater not working for the defrost on the windshield not working, wholy cow, it must be cold for ice to build up like that. Only in 🇨🇦, hahaha. Take Care and Be Safe.l
Toronto show now over and Wes bound and highly suggest a good couple coats of RainX on the glass exterior. It works and cheap insurance with intermittent wipers.
Avery is a great guy. I wish I had a buddy like that
those guys at Low Cost are great guys, cool seein my home town on the youtubes...side note, i was out in that storm for work on that Monday, roads were better than i expected but still a gong show
I never thought I’d see the legends in swift either! I was on my way into swift when I seen them. Didn’t know it was them till a few hours later when I seen the reel on Facebook thanking low cost towing! My cousins family owns it was so cool to hear about!
This trip is awesome!!!!!
Mike's just a big kid. Good on him.
There’s a spot near Red Deer where there’s a crazy crosswind. I was going up to Edmonton last winter, the road looked bare and dry. I had my truck in 2WD, then a crosswind kicked the backend out. Sideways across both lanes at 110. Rather than overcorrect and hit the ditch sideways I brought it around and just barely steering into the ditch…. Shifted down, hit the 4WD, and steered back on the road. First stop was WalMart for new ginch.
Mate from Australia here, southern Aus a lil island called Tasmania, YUPP old skool born 58 , that no demistet issue ,cut a potatoes in half and rud the screenwith the said spud, YUPP she works a treat,by the way look after your mates ehh ...
What a trip
Had to put a jumper on watching this Brrrr 🥶
Nice episode. Especially liked some of the edited section around 15 min mark with the music.
What's up rust bros Lyle from Saskatoon sk in the building peace love and joy
Time to have a ladybug picnic when it’s -25. It’s only Prairie cold lol
Glad I don't miss those prairies winter anymore
Bad idea. I've done it twice except from east to west. From Niagara falls in August and then January. Both great adventures, obviously summer was better. It took 48 hrs with a 79 T/A in January.
I know it's for a good cause but it's almost shameful to see that beautiful classic on winter roads
still a cool video though keep them coming
