I just got a Mayflash F300 arcade stick. Works perfectly with the VS. It is a better playing experience for waaay less money. I like to support evercade. But this is a little too much.

MiSTer might be something to look at now that soon it will be a clone board available for around 100 dollars.

They should have put Street Fighter 30th Anniversary instead and, EX series, SF3 3rd strike, Marvel Vs Capcom 2 & 3 and all online Vs online. As no point having fighting plays without online

I've got a serious case of FOMO going on with this one.
I really want the Funstock Deluxe edition......but I'm afraid after taxes., Funstock is gonna rape my @ss for shipping here to the U.S.

Cant count how many hours we played street fighter alpha 1-3 on sega saturn. Looking forward to the evercade alpha plus i can play my collection. Awesome. Already own the Arcade 1up capcom anniversary though.
Streetfighter alpha 3, streetfighter 3 3rd strike, mark of the wolves, kof, samurai showdown 4/5 and last blade 2 are probably the best fighting games ever made.

As a retro gamer, I believe I’m morally obligated to complain no matter how cool something is. We don’t need all three Alpha games. I’d much rather have Pocket Fighter. And if I can dream, one of the EX games, though I’m not sure the hardware can handle it.

I forgot all about street fighter ex!! They always package all the old SF games like the 30th anniversary for switch but never pack in EX ones grr

A shameless copy of the Arcade 1up Countercade, Too Much £££, 8 inch screen is Too small for this to be anything else than a Novelty item, I Will Get a VS and plug in my WWE Brawl Stick and play on a 27 inch Monitor for a better experience at a fraction of the cost 👍

It does look a carbon copy.

If I had to choose one, it would be the Mega Man collection, because I suck at fighting games and I prefer the variety. But right now, I choose neither. They are too expensive for what they are and what they have. And if you still have an OG Evercade EXP like I do, then you have more of a reason not to bother.

This one is cool and would have been tempted if it had what’s on the Capcom Fighting Collection or even other SF compilations on there - I just wouldn’t get value for money out of these though.

Street fighter is a 2 player game least that is where it shines - the single joystick plus controller option for 2 player means I passed on this

I went with the Street Fighter cab because it looks like a mini Big Blue unit. That was one of Capcom's generic arcade cabs which fits with the mixing & matching of games. Also, this selection of built-in games will make use of all 6 action buttons.

the megaman is the blue one and streetfighter is the white/black one but player 2 should also have arcade controls for a true streetfighter arcade experience /: palyer 1 arcade controls and player two will get some random chap crap controller throw into it hands most of the time and we all know it -.-

@@zombos22222 "Big Blue" is the name of Capcom's generic cabinet which was introduced with "Street Fighter II Champion Edition". The front is speckled black & white, but the side panels are blue. The Evercade unit looks like a mini version of that classic arcade cabinet.

Great video as always! Just for info Street Fighter 2: The World Warrior (Not CE) & Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo are available on Capcom Arcade Stadium with Street Fighter Alpha 1,2 & 3 and Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo available on Capcom Arcade 2 Stadium. CAS & CA2S are a free download on all major platforms with individual games available for purchase as DLC for around £1.69 per title. There are discounted packs available which often go on sale. Keep up the awesome work!

I could see myself potentially getting one if it had at least 2 out of the 3 attributes: cheaper, a bigger screen and HDMI out. Since you can’t get these Capcom games as carts, and probably never will, it’s the only way of playing this stuff on an Evercade system with two players. Another nice to have would just be all the games on one device. Why don’t you think they did this, licensing costs?

    • @CrazyBurger
      @CrazyBurger  4 місяці тому +1

Definitely the costs of manufacture and probably more likely the cost that Capcom are charging. Though by splitting they could be trying to maximise their money. The consumer is the loser here.

Nice one Crazy, all this makes me want to fire up the Sega Saturn! 😎
Don't know if you know. Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo, the Japanese arcade version was the only one that had working adjustable difficulty settings. Outside of Japan it was locked to the hardest difficulty no matter what difficulty setting was set at, basically an average player could bet the first fighter but it was "good luck" after that with one credit.
I left a post reminding Team Evercade on thier Alpha reveal video of this hoping they could look in to it or else it's a waste as a single player game....
I also reminded them on that post that first gen arcade1up machines suffered from scratching on the control panel, they fixed this by adding plexiglass/perspex to protect the paint, again I hope they are aware of this and don't make the same mistake. If you have a 1 to 1 with them remind them, ask just incase. 👍
BTW, Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo on Sega Saturn is wicked, disc 2 of Street Fighter Collection, PAL version on Saturn also works properly with the difficulty settings.
