20 Signs That Someone Can DESTROY You In A Fight (Part 1)
Вставка
- Опубліковано 10 лют 2025
- Imagine that you’re about to get into a fight (street fight or combat sports), that you cannot avoid or easily run away from.
You have a few seconds to quickly access your odds of success before you engage, based on his physique alone.
What are some signs to look out for, if you could only use his muscular development as gauge?
In today’s video I rank 20 muscles based on how well they can predict that someone can beat you in a fight. In future episodes, I’ll go over other signs that have nothing to do with muscular development (such as cauliflower ear etc.).

#1 cauliflower ear
💯
Pull out the AK
you're spoiling part 2 lol
Na not always could just be they got punched there but it means 90-95% that they’ve been in some fight usually
Goated
these tier lists are killing me, it's like the ultimate bro talk series
Best series 💯
It’s hilarious honestly
Trained fighters don't start fights, usually.
Not nowadays. Also depends on the country
insecure athletes starts fights never saw a true fighter start trouble In my 20 years, but soccer and basquet players? everytime
I dont think this stereotype is true. Trained fighters, in my experience, are just as likely to start a fight
@@ttowell what do you think the word usually means?
@ "under normal conditions; generally."
Muscles that give a warrior appearance: neck, delts, traps, arms
As a fighter, no. Pro fighters typically don't have big arms or traps as they interfere with the pop. They often have wide backs and smaller light arms.
@@FirstnameLastname-pe5ibBrock Lesnar would like to have a word with you
muscles that give a warrior appearence: every single major muscle. but if i had to pick out the most intimidating muscles everything else being well developed, i'd say thick forearms and wrirsts, coupled with a thick neck.
@Tom-cl1gl agreed...hands, wrists and forearms and a pitbull neck
@@Tom-cl1gl same bro.. Thick wrist with well developed forearms usually goes with a big thick hand as well... Ideal for powerful punches
1. They are calm and collected
2. Cauliflower ears
3. They keep their distance
4. They have one foot forward and the other back
Cauliflower ear is basically plot armor
Oblique/serratus muscles, overdeveloped anterior delts, big upper back, thick neck.
However, the biggest red flag that someone can fight, is if they have all of these things and try to avoid a fight at all costs. That man isn't scared of you. He's scared of what he can do to you.
Thats not true, people like Connor would fight as soon as an insult is thrown , not every fighter is humble
@Donantonio26 Tiger Paw Artur Beterbiev comes to mind for a fighter with mega front delts
@crisstoff89 Connor is a hothead who has to prove that he’s an alpha males. Every fighter has a mean streak but most are even tempered compared to Connor. I’ve met enough who were kind and friendly
Neck is king. All contact sports work neck. Serious trained fighters work their neck
I guess so never trained neck just big but fairs
Even F1 racers train neck😂
At the top "pull out the glock" dawg!! these tier lists are HILARIOUS 😂😂😂
The look in his eyes when combined with silence. Remember this.
don't be fooled by one's looks, big muscles don't equal a good fighter
Facts. Jackie chan was a smol mf. So is sean O'Malley
@@whatisgoingon9660jackie chan and sean should not be in the same conversation. Sean is an absolute unit
@@macmcheese2385 Jackie chan was a promoter of martial arts by example although through cinema, Sean o Malley is a modern day mma fighter, ofc we can’t compare. That being said, in the context of this video and comment, Jackie chan could still fuck up big mfs if he wanted to.
@whatisgoingon9660 this dude said Jackie chan 😂
I meant Bruce Lee lol im a white American i can't tell the difference 😅
This is basically a "what muscles to hit" video 😂
Hitting these muscles wont magically give you the ability to fight 😂 you’d be surprised.
@User98272-ue True but when they add fighting ability, they'll be formidable
@@azeemsyed8550 more intimidating with these muscles regardless
@@User98272-ueeveryone knows this
You guys want to hit someone neck ?! I'd be surprised if you don't end up in a watch list that basically killing somebody
No way I'm fighting that guy bro... Did you see those glutes???
Is something I hope I never hear
😂
“Pull out the Glock” LMFAO

You gotta Indiana Jones that mf
@@thischannelhasanameright1954u gotta John wick him
The title alone had me crying!!😂😂
bro motivated me switch focusing on hams instead of quads
Balance is the key.
BJJ blue belt here, the best fighters in our gym match this; but the biggest sign is definitely the neck thing. 1000% true.
Bedankt
Migan man you're putting too many videos out. Max 2 a week. You end up getting less engagement overall by doing daily uploads with this kind of content.
Having 3-4 days between uploads allows for discussion to build up in the comment section and 3rd party interaction from health/fitness forums.
Video on Lyle Mc Donald rapid fat loss?
Yeah ngl he should prob spread the vids out haha
I was thinking the same... He should reduce the frequency
Bro went from uploading twice a month to uploading every day
Lmfao the glutes, back and bicep rankings reminded me of one of my buddies 😂
Mf is at least 15% smaller than me, but is almost terrifying to even think fighting, ridiculous amount of wrangling and manhandling strength, and a left hook from hell😂
yea i had a friend with a huge neck back in my HS , he was doing all kinds of sports, football, rugby, wrestling, boxing, mf had that menace to society look😂
I'm telling you right now glutes should be at the top as well. From my experience in MMA if a guy has big glutes he's almost always strong, explosive asf, and hits like a truck.
It's the three muscle groups. The quads, hamstrings and glutes. Those three will guarantee someone is powerful.
Youre wrong on a few things. Big neck, back, glutes, forearms, bruised or larger knuckles and especially thick wrists are big tells. You want decent sized thighs for balance but not huge as limbs being slimmer is more viable than big massive limbs. Thick wrists, bruised knuckles, flat and thick shins, and pointier elbows is a HUGE factor. Leaner waist means they got more speed for rotational power (Deontay Wilder and his right hand being an example) but if tney have blocky, thicker ab build they most likely are more of a wrestler/mma fighter as you need more muscle for stability in grappling and clinch the same way as your thighs are for balance and vestibular benefits. Big arms and shoulders are not a huge benefit. Endurance, strength, looseness, and pliable muscle is more important for the shoulders and arms to generate power. Main muscle groups need to be strong and dense but limbs being slimmer is more optimal. Alex Pereira, Deontay Wilder, Canelo, Charles Oliveira, and other power punches have lean arms and legs. But massive backs and good sized to huge glutes.
Btw I do bare knuckle training and have dented metal with my elbows. I also kick trees and metal with my shins. I cant kick full power yet but Ive done shin conditioning for years and have had to iron lumps out of my shins with metal poles so they dont look like bumpy sticks
you also beat up your boss right? lmao
@anthonygarcia1868 no?
Id suggest you ‘Run bro’ because i have abs.
@ Sorry you just sound so tough i assumed you beat everyone up and actual fighters go to you for advice. Since you dented metal with your elbows and all.
@@anthonygarcia1868 you just need to bone condition when you can like while you watch TV or do a resting break in between sets of lifting
11:02 I do BJJ and Muay Thai, and there's a guy at my gym with a dump truck (glutes) I could flip a quarter off of-his kicks are terrifying. They honestly sound like gunshots.
would have been better if this was a video about the signs that someone can fight like their behavior, demeanor and the things they say, apposed to their muscles being the indicator. The most jacked people tend to not know how to fight at all
Yup.
In street fight people have shirts on no one can see their abs and spinal erectors. We’re going off the neck, delts, traps, and arms
Who here after the UFC of Duplessis vs Strickland event?
Bro your vids are goated 🔥🤣 best fitness tier list vids on UA-cam the concepts always crack me up🤣
I still dont know how this guy is still not popular 😢 but f it who needs popularity
What if you have fight exp and they don’t? Also if you’re more conditioned plays a factor too 😂
Surprised forearms isnt highter, its one of the key determinations on how strong someone is. grip strength and big forearms have a pretty good correlation with strength/power
Strength correlates with strength? No way bro
@@M3Lucky grip
Nothing to do with fighting.
@@anthonygarcia1868grip strength isn't important for grappling?
@@anthonygarcia1868 You don't know anything about fighting then, Wrestling gives you some amazing grip strength and you can't land hard punches if your forearm can't stand them.
People respect me more because my neck shoulder and forearms are bigger than average person i am also 1.80 weighing 90 kg
He forgot to put ass in “pull out the Glock.” Rank
Lol at your comment, lmfao at your name.
I’m just pulling out the Walther no matter what. 🎉
I train my Tibia everyday in honor of Migian 💪
😂🤣🤣
Train tibia for the times when you need to run😂
Fairly wide bakx and lats, so glad I took the time to develop them and my ripped demon bakx, really helps with punching explosiveness.
Please do top muscles that are used the most during ARM WRESTLING
Depends on arm wrestling style (hook, toproll, press etc.).
In a basic side-to-side bar-style armwrestling fight, I guess it'd be rotator cuff (subscapularis), pecs, lats, wrist flexion if allowed.
Depending on style, things like wrist flexion (including ulnar deviation), finger flexion, "side pressure" (subscapularis, pecs, lats), "back pressure" (brachialis, brachioradialis, biceps), wrist extensors (contribute in the rising motion), pronator teres/quadratus, upper body muscles and general strength help a lot too obviously.
Grip doesn't matter that much unless it's actually much stronger than your opponent's, like a lot, then it can help.
This was a fun video. 😁
Bro it doesn't matter if you run away from someone with powerful gluteus, they'll just sprint up and catch you then throw you on the pavement.
Lots of “small guys” in my gym, but believe they are strong af
you make great videos man!
Migan never disappoint us 😅
25 minutes AGO THE GOAT
great vid u clearly know a lot about training what’s ur background?
Takeo spikes neck, when I first saw that dudes pic as kid my first thought was he probably could kick everyone’s ass lol.
Trading with someone who has a big neck sucks. My man's right. Got dominated in the the tire knock down in 3min. Worst part was he on me checked after and was barely worse for is wear.
Best indicators aren't the physical ones, but emotional ones.
The people who are great at fighting, they are calm and collected even when somebody is screaming at them.
They are quick to place their in the fighting pose.
They keep their eyes focussed.
Fire ass video bro. A cool idea would be maybe ranking self-defense firearms or something related to guns, provided UA-cam won't strike your channel.
Nick Diaz level cardio in posting videos: ACHIEVED.
Keep dropping consistent videos bro im enjoying every single one of em🔥
No. 1 - Guy doesn't fear from men much bigger than him and is eager to fight them.
Love this fight related content. You mix your experteese and fight science togerher very well. Keep up the good work!
your videos are too funny man😂
If they have the Demon Back, then you have no other option but to taste defeat
Look at Saul Alvarez neck. Look at Floyd’s neck. Mayweather had a 16.5” neck despite being a 5 ft 8 ectomorph
Thick neck+broken ear=death
Got to love this vid!🤣
You'll figure out when you wake up
Bro is always gonna hold on to that one Takeo Spikes photo with his big ass neck😂😂
Im an average sized guy but was genetically gifted with large traps and train neck often and can vouch people do feel intimidated by it. Had this cop tell me I must be a gang member without any evidence one time.
#1 sign is him being calm when you're upset. Dude could be a twig if he's calm that's probably not good lol but love the video😂
This is the most bro science channel ever 😂 can always count on it to give me a good laugh lmao
I like these videos bro 🔥🔥
" (Visible ) abs are not a sign of power , they are a sign you dont eat enough ! " Jean-Francois Caron

thanks for the indirect compliment as I am someone who really loves leg days as a broke natural
haven’t watched till the end yet but ik neck bouta b pull out the block tier🤣🤣🤣
ab take is such a very bad take. Most of this is. Been Fucking with you for years but this Vid makes no sense. Even Though i hate the guy and hes a cheater look at Jon Jones physic. Look at Daniel Cormier's physic. Look at Tom Aspinall's Physic. BJ pen, Anderson silva, Fedor Emelianenko. Having developed muscle groups doesn't equate danger nor a threat unless your small, weak and can't fight. I have 5 yrs muay thai, 10 tkd 6 karate and ive been working out for over a decade standing at 6'1 240. I'm not the most in shape and im also very human but after doing security for a few years and bartending for 7 and living in LA, none of this makes sense in terms of being a threat besides a thick neck. If you have to "run" because someone has "developed glutes" you shouldn't have even been in that situation. Your giving dorks hope.
Your take is based on yourself lol. You just said everything’s bs because it doesn’t apply to you except the thick neck.😂
@@specialone6731 no. You're insanely stupid. Never even said any of that.
Sometimes you can feel it if someone can fight. It like Aura
Just because a person is disciplined doesn't mean he can fight
Migan you should make a video explaining which muscles are fast twitch slow twitch and 50/50
A strong tibia should actually be a sign they’re a fighter. A strong and large tibia will help prevent shin snapping
Or they run a lot😂
@ does the tibia even activate when running lol
@@specialone6731 yes you can google it tibia is useful when running
Damn, Bro, I use to spam hyper extensions all the time hahah
Heaven closed the door on Team alpha when it was his turn to claim bbc genetics 😂
you cant tell, just look at mma fighters, most of them are not overly muscular, look at any top fighter half of them are super lean and barely have too much muscle, o malley, diaz, strickland and so on.. i would look at bones and head structure more
Or Beterbiev. The dude looks like a common teacher or preacher.
Jon Jones has toothpicks for legs especially his calves yet is the greatest fighter to have ever walked this earth. This is a stupid video made by a guy who thinks that big muscles equates to fighting ability😂
😂😂 Imagine thinking that you can fight because you have muscles then you're getting beat up by a guy with rainbow hair like Suga Sean O'Malley😂😂😂😂
This is an awful list. Big calf's are prominent among people who kick box and train Muay Thai a lot due to high kick output and pivoting on feet. Small chest is also prominent among fighters because having big pecs makes punching harder. Biceps barely have to do with combat sports pretty much only clinch.
True. Biceps only help to resist injury from hard Hooks
I don't even know what the fuck most of these muscles are, so I must be in the "he can't fight for shit category"😂
Would you say that f1 drivers are hard to knock out? Since they have crazy necks
yes
Never seen an f1 driver with a big neck
@@John858_ they train neck like crazy
@@John858_their necks are INSANELY strong but dont look that big
Yay! I have almost all of these!
13:14 being a brolic Persian guy this shit put a smile on my face lmao 😂
Man your the best bro
This one was funny af
As a MMA fighter, I think glutes should be at the top bc one of the most used muscles in wrestling are the glutes and if the glutes are absolutely shredded then that would mean they are a very good wrestler
Usually big muscles dont mean much in a fight, except if the mf has huge neck and traps, if he has that be carefull, he might doesnt even know how to throw punches but it wont be very pleasing having a grappling exchange with him
As a boxer all these are mad accurate🤣
My giant calves gettin called out from the start
There's some anomalies out there who we call "Country Strong". Have no definition to their body but are strong as an OX and have knockout power
im sorry but i dont always believe this cause ive seen guys who arent as big as these body builders and they are professional Jiu Jitsu masters and they took on guys these sizes, so this is a true and a false scenario
this video made me not skip leg day
neck, hips and quads, traps, forearms... thats all for me
Probably the main character 😂
Big guy who doesn't know how to fight, or does not have the reflexes and fight cardio, is basically one giant punching bag.
Cauliflower ears: hold my beer
'Power comes from the lower body'. Tell that to Deontay Wildling. I do agree though. That's what I've been told. There are some outliers though.
broken ears S -tier
what about them cauliflower ears
