Just 1 help is needed here.. how to get down safely when suddenly in between balance practicing like this, I lose the balance,and I am practicing it alone? Like, what if I fall down hitting my knees? For that case as I sense I am about to lose my balance that moment how should I land safely back during initial practice phase? Please guide us with a tutorial! NO! This is NOT how you do it. This is the way to train wrong patterns, that will delay your progress a lot! You have to face the wall.
