If it does, why did jonathan administration messed up the power sector which is a major drive for economic development and orchestrated a kangaro privatization, put our electricity industry in the hands of politicians. He used the State's resources to build a University in his village and right next to this University, he used State funds to build another University for himself!
Then he deliberately underfunded the State University called Niger Delta University (NDU).
Many people lost their lives when HSD was Governor using a notorious police outfit called 'Famutanbein'
HSD & his cronies looted Bayelsa State funds like 'no man's business'
