However, old builder(LA RESIDENTIA) is still in picture.....flats ko sell karna and possession offer ka kaam old builder ke haath main hi rahega.

UP RERA, Government and builder have no intentions for the goodwill of the buyers. They just keep pasting useless papers on the door of the already sealed marketing office, demanding 'fine' from the builder. Maintenance department works on the directions of builder. Jo builder prepaid electricity meter se paise lekar NPCL ko nahi deta, wo bhala fine ka paisa kyun dega? Water seepage kisi wajah se jab columns weak hoke tootenge aur ye buildings unfit declare kari jaayengi, tab kya hoga?
