Subject: Request to Reschedule Last Paper of [Application of Soft Computing (BCS056) ] due to GATE Exam Clash
Dear AKTU Authority's Examination Controller
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a scheduling conflict that affects me and many of my fellow students. The last paper of our [Application Of Soft Computing (BCS056) ] is currently scheduled for February 1, 2025. However, on the same day, the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) exam is also scheduled to take place.
As many students, including myself, are appearing for the GATE exam, it would be impossible for us to attend the scheduled paper on February 1, 2025. We kindly request that you consider rescheduling the last paper of [Application Of Soft Computing (BCS056) ] to a later date to avoid this clash.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and make the necessary adjustments to the examination schedule. Please let us know if there is any additional information or documentation required from our end.
