Early intervention is crucial to address this issue, as waiting for litigation could lead to prolonged delays.
It won't be 1:3 but 1:5. Do read referral of vacancy pdf properly. It will be based on rule 43 and Jammu and Kashmir School Education recruitment rules 2010 as amended in 2019 under S.O 786 dated 25-10-2019.

Spoofing matlab jab koi insaan koi doosra insaan hone ka daawa karta hai taaki wo koi galat kaam kar paye. Or we can say when a person pretends to be somebody else. Like agar aapko koi call karke bole ki wo bank se hai aur jab ki wo asal main na ho. In simple terms: phishing matlab dhoke se kisi ki sensitive information churaana.
