I gain LTCG for total 650000 for sale of residential plot in Apr 24. Please suggest to me.
(a) Invest in 54EC bonds for 5 years lock in period and interest rate is 5.25%.
(b) Or pay LTCG Tax for total 130000 (20%) and balance amount invest in lumsum of MUTUAL FUNDS.
Which option is more beneficial for me if I want to invest for 10 to 12 years in Mutual funds.
