Hi iSorrow! I'm the lead dev of the mod, and thanks for checking us out! A couple things to point out:
1. The event with the typo will be fixed in the next hotfix.
2. We're having our next hotfix this weekend (as of 20 Aug 2020), so maybe wait until then.
3. We recommend trying out Spain, as it is a medium-sized country with a lot of paths.
4. The democratic Germany tree is worth playing as it has focus trees that load in once you've gotten rid of the KPD and NSDAP.
5. Probably most importantly, the AI builds up to such a high level because they build divisions based on the mobilization of those around them. This is something we're working on.
(edit) 6: We also recommend looking at the Parliament mechanic if you play one of the countries that use it (Spain, UK, Weimar Germany, Norway, USA, France).

Idk if you guys are planning on adding more to the usa but you should. All the bad economic issues dont lead to anything. All you do is fix them and end up with either a Democrat or Republican leader. Its just not interesting. Even historically, playing USA is just fixing the economy for 3 years. Thats all.
There should be far left and far right threats if you dont fix things fast enough. That could make starting in 1933 USA actually interesting. If not, its just boring.
why not place unit caps based on mobilization law like Kaiserreich?

@@MBasu-km8by wouldn't say the USSR. Latvia was practically fighting a civil war with the Red Latvian Riflemen and the remaining German army. Estonia did fight the USSR, but in a much more limited capacity then Poland. Ig their biggest achievement was coming close to Petrograd with the whites.

Hindenburg did not belong to any party. He was the head of state. Kind of like the monarch in other countries. they technically lead the country but they dont belong to the ruling party

@@jakekn7304 so why country like Portugal has it's owm focus tree if it was neutral during ww2. USSR don't have reworked focus tree so as Italy, I think those countries were one of major participants of that conflict, but it's better to do a focus tree for completly useless countries like spain or Portugal, and you have to pay for it like for other focus trees.
Dawid Sobuś well the ussr mostly does nothing until germany declares war on them .The current focus is disent and pretty historical but I do agree with you it's pretty unfair for Portugal ,a neutral nation to get a bigger focus than the ussr ,one of the most influential nation of ww2

Hey so nifty bit of info. Deutschland class cruisers were kind of weird. They were basically normal cruisers but they slapped 6 honking battleship guns on it. the same guns on Scharnhorst and Gneisenau. i have no idea how those ships didn't capsize whenever they brought their guns to broadside.

the deutchland class "pocket battleships" were basically battlecruisers or heavy cruisers, very fast and having decent armour and mounting 2 battleship turrets on either end. they were used for commerce raiding and most famously one of them was tricked to scuttle itself when cornered by 3 british cruisers.

Since no-one else is explaining panzerschiff means Armoured ship basically a heavy cruiser with some battleship calibre guns 3 of these ships were built to comply with the terms of the Versailles treaty due to their small size with large guns they were nicknamed "pocket battleships" but they are in no way battleships or Battlecruisers because their armament or armour is not heavy enough to fight either.

I played the mod. Was actually pretty boring. Mostly management of busy work. Maybe Spain is interesting but the USA, UK, Germany, and USSR was meh. Much better mods out there.
You just cant really do a whole lot. For example. I played the USA. Never fixed any issues. Dust bowl, crop prices, great depression, and unemployment. Not 1 uprising. Not 1 far left or right candidate. No power struggle or anything. Boring as hell.
There is a whole lot of potential here but why bother starting in 1933 if you just end up in vanilla 1936 for the most part? It just extends the build up period of the game. There needs to be more branching paths for alt history.

The Deutschland-class Panzerschiffe were designed to be fast but heavily armed commerce raiders. They were meant to be able to outgun any ship that could outrun it, and outrun any ship that could outgun it. Read up on the Admiral Graf Spee, she had a remarkable story for such a short career.
