Not gonna lie, Ram has some really good character progression, from all high and mighty "conqueror" of the Technos in a wheelchair to a down to earth and humble walking guy that acts more human then a robot

i don't care that java died, but siva. she was such a kind girl, i'm so sad she did. just when her and ebony where becoming close, and she'd made up with lex. this was probably the saddest moment of this whole show for me
The scene with Ram and Ruby standing by the two graves is one of the strongest, most emotional scenes I've ever seen. Not just in The Tribe, but like, ever.
Yes it is, because it was Ram. Not because the acting was good. But I didn't say the acting was good. I said the scene was good, and that's not necessarily the same thing. Ram is a special character with a special past and a special storyline. And there are certain kinds of details that just makes it extremely powerful. But then again, I am over analyzing everything, always :P

I know he's supposed to be cold but he can't even act well enough to be believably angry. LOL
Cause he's not meant to be angry, if you actually watch him carefully, he plays Mega perfectly. He's a cold, calculating, mechanical sociopath. He doesn't get angry and if he does he can't express it properly, I think perhaps he's a little autistic. He shows no remorse, he clearly can't process emotion correctly. That's just what I think anyway.

Ebony only ever tried to kill Tai san. Java recommended she push the button to kill the mallrats when she was brainwashed and drugged up. Lex is rarely ever right.
One little thing that's always bothered me is why are some characters i.e. Ceva able to wash tribe makeup off their faces and change clothes yet others i.e. Jay, Ram are unable to? I get the show was aimed at teens and its a long standing joke these days how many inconsistencies and continuity issues there are but I don't know why this one has always bugged me the most!
That's a great question Ali! In the case of the Techno tattoos - in some cases they were facepaint, such as Siva's. And in others, the more devout ones - it's a real tattoo! So it would take a little more than water to wash those ones out. :) #KTDA
I haven't seen this season until now. Was kind of disappointed because there was such a lot of bad writing. But this episode was good, and 36 (or was it 35?) as well.
I'm not feeling the Ram/Java pairing. Though I do feel for Ram in this. But I think Ram/Ruby or Ram/Slade would have been much more interesting/fitting for his story arc. (I'm gender blind with shipping. I ship based on which personalities I feel are good matches or who's interaction I feel could work in romantic context. To be fair Ram/Slade would fit more as one sided as I dont picture Slade as the setteling down type much and it fits his character to chase Ebony for a while. But just pointing that out before go all ''yaoi fangirl blegh''. I'm a shipper, but I'm not out to ship gay pairing for the sake of it. I just think some characters of the same sex make good pairings, better then some of the canon straight ones we got in this series. Ruby/Siva would have been great. May/Salene desserved a proper story line. Onesided Dall/Jack would have been interesting (Dall having a crush on Jack who is with Ellie while Jack thinks Dall has a crush on Ellie because Ellie and Dall became good friends, though in that sense I feel that triangle would need proper closure before Jack got shipped off by the chosen) But Jay/Trudy could have worked if they didn't fall for that all idealist leader like men MUST fall for Amber trap and didn't insist on making Trudy act weird every time she gets near a guy she likes. Also Amber/Ebony could have been interesting. Or even Amber/Trudy in the end. Mega having a confirmed crush of sorts on Jack, the guardian being in love with Zoot, Alice and Tai san, Alice and Ryan maybe.. like I see a lot of potential fun relationships that where never explored. I found the canon romances to cliche, dramatic and predictable honestly. Most ''real'' pairings just felt weird and toxic, whilst most friendships in the show seemed more like what a not toxic romance could be like. Ellie/Jack s5 is the only couple I am actualy rooting for by the end of the show. (And only their s5 version, s2 was filled with terrible toxic jelousies, and s3 was filled with terrible toxic stringing along)

A lot of people like rodeos where they torture and kill bulls. Fishing and hunting is the same. Shows like Jackass and I Bet You Will were famous in the 90s, game shows are now getting more and more extreme with the tasks as well. We're not as far from Panem as we'd like to think.
